Ukraine’s Interior Ministry has reported that initial casualty counts from Russian strikes against the country are in the hundreds. Ground assaults began towards Kharkiv from Belgorod, Russia. Strikes are still being reported in Kiev, Kramatorsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Sumy and several other cities.
