When Willow went in for her well-check visit at 4 months old, she was given the Hepatitis B, DTaP, Prevnar 13 and Rotavirus vaccines.

After the first injection, her “face turned bloody red and she started screaming,” mother Priscilla Zielinski recounts. The nurse then requested help to hold Willow down for the remaining injections, a memory still that haunts Zielinski to this day.

The following Thursday, a fatal brain hemorrhage took Willow’s life.

“Do your research.” Willow’s parents warn others, “They're not safe ... there are no double [blind] placebos.” Willow’s photograph is placed in memoriam at the front of the #CHDBUS.
