NYC Emergency Management Releases Instructional Video For The Event Of A Nuclear Attack
NYC Emergency Management has released a video with instructions on what to do in the event of a nuclear attack.
“While the likelihood of a nuclear weapon incident occurring in/near New York City is very low, it is important New Yorkers know the steps to stay safe,” the city’s Emergency Management Department said in its announcement.
Although no information was given as to what prompted the release of the video, some speculate that recent comments made by Vyacheslav Volodin's, an ally of Putin and chairman of the State Duma, about Russia reclaiming Alaskan territory in response to heavy sanctions imposed by the U.S. may be the culprit.
