Susie Talevski sued a nursing home and the state of Indiana, arguing that her father’s rights had been violated. The case made it all the way up to the supreme court. But by a vote of 7-2, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that Susie Talevski was right and the Biden Administration was wrong.
