A sight more similar to what one would expect to see out of communist China than in the United States of America: Tufts University has adopted an extreme series of isolation measures on campus, requiring infected individuals to self-isolate for a minimum of five days.

Fortunately, someone captured footage of the school's designated quarantine area.
