Keir Starmer, Leader of the Labour Party of the United Kingdom, has called for TV network Russia Today to be banned from airing in the UK.

Starmer said: “Putin’s campaign of misinformation should be tackled, and Russia Today should be prevented from broadcasting its propaganda around the world.”

Prime Minister Boris Jonson assured Starmer, while they "live in a country that believes in free speech," Ofcom, UK's communication regulator, has already been asked to review RT's license.
