You may have heard about people seeking out vax-free blood donations — now we’re seeing demand for vax-free breastmilk donations for mothers who, at times, cannot produce enough milk for their babies.

Salli Gonzalez, a veteran Texas midwife whose clients largely give birth at home + donate milk to one another, has advice for expectant parents.
