INJUSTICE EXPOSED: ETHICS COMPLAINT CALLS FOR DISCIPLINE AGAINST SPECIAL COUNSEL IN TRUMP CASES
Daphne Moon May 1, 2024 1 1 min read
A formal ethics complaint was lodged against Department of Justice special counsel Jack Smith on Tuesday, alleging that he is engaging in blatant election interference through his prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

The complaint was filed by Elise Stefanik, a Republican Congresswoman from New York and the chair of the House GOP conference. Stefanik accused Smith of serious ethics violations and called for disciplinary action to be taken against him.
In her official complaint to the DOJ’s Office of Professional Responsibility, Stefanik claimed that Smith has engaged in egregious misconduct by pursuing criminal charges against Trump. Smith is currently overseeing two federal cases against the former president, claiming that he committed election interference while challenging the results of the 2020 presidential election and mishandled classified documents.

Stefanik argued that these cases are a clear attempt by Smith to interfere with the 2024 election and prevent Trump from potentially running for president again. She stated that it is obvious to any reasonable observer that Smith is motivated by personal bias and is breaching DOJ policies in his pursuit of Trump.
The congresswoman highlighted that Smith’s repeated attempts to expedite the federal case against Trump fly in the face of long-standing Justice Department policy. She also accused him of violating a stay of proceedings ordered by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Stefanik argued that this behavior is a clear breach of trial ethics and a violation of lawyerly conduct.

Julian Assange, the cofounder of Wikileaks, has been held in London’s notorious maximum-security Belmarsh Prison for almost five years. Before that, he was in self-imposed exile in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London. The CIA a few years ago made plans to kill or kidnap Julian in broad daylight in the streets of London, if the US government’s request to extradite him were to be unsuccessful. But that request is pending and is likely to go forward in the near future. The big question, then, is whether the US Justice Department will offer Julian a deal he can live with or whether he will be forced to go on trial for his life. On this episode of the Whistleblowers, John Kiriakou speaks with journalist and Consortium News editor Joe Lauria and activist and radio host Randy Credico about what the future might hold for Julian Assange.

What we learned in our exclusive interview with a now-deceased U.S. journalist. Truth in Media was one of the last media outlets to speak with Gonzalo Lira before he died in a Ukrainian Prison

This morning a woman most Americans have never heard of checked herself into prison to begin serving a sentence she should not have been given.

Her name is Victoria Charity White, and what happened to her on January 6th showed that terrible crimes were committed that day against the American people.

12/08/2023

I am finally out of prison. Happy to be free, grateful to be loved, and excited for what’s next.

My spirit is bright. My heart is full. My mind is sharpened. My soul is rejuvenated.

My faith in God solidified.
My faith in the American people reaffirmed.

The Democrat Party is quickly becoming just like the Chinese Communist Party: Accept Big Pharma's lies and Big Government's narrative or face prison time

Though the American “Left” goes off the deep end every day all over social media and national talk shows, the “Right” apparently has no right to call out the lies, misinformation and disinformation that’s being spewed from the Left. It’s a one-way street of fake news, fake genders, atheism, Satanism and straight-up, out-in-the-open censorship. We’ve […]
