Joe Biden announced Tuesday his administration's new measure to fight COVID-19 over the upcoming winter months. The administration is expected to focus on increasing support for hospitals, expanding access to free Covid tests and increasing the capacity to deliver vaccines.

Additionally, Biden urged Americans to get vaccinated and vaccinate their children. "I believe wholeheartedly it is your patriotic duty," he said. He also made promises that the administration is far more prepared than March of 2020, stating medical facilities are well prepared for the spike in unvaccinated hospitalization.
