Here was the problem for the Schemers after the armed hostilities of the American Civil War calmed down: they needed our credit to operate on, but our assets and credit both belong to us. How could they pay themselves using our credit without our permission?

National Identity Theft.

The original States of States were inoperable. As a result, the Federal Republic, our American Federal Subcontractor, was also inoperable. A full one-third of our government was paralyzed.

This created a vacuum of power that the Schemers, our two foreign Federal Subcontractors, were eager to exploit and control.

The Schemers certainly couldn't afford to notify the actual States or the people of this country. If we knew, we'd take action to correct the situation, so they had to work in secret, behind the backs of their employers.

To the rest of the world, they claimed that our American Government was in "interregnum" and as a result of this, an "emergency" existed in our country, and as an "emergency" measure, they were "assuming" a custodial role (public trusteeship) over the civilian population and our assets.

The Bounders set up State Trusts, cashiered our land and soil assets and everything else that wasn't nailed down, substituted their British Territorial States of States for our American States of States, and sat down to feed, like the Weasels in Toad Hall.

What appeared to be "our" military was in charge of establishing this so-called Protectorate and appeared to be occupying our country to protect the civilian population, but in fact, our military had been unlawfully converted into a foreign Mercenary Force and it was working for foreign interests.

Now you can better understand what the "cloak of secrecy" was all about. If we had known, we would have objected and exercised our rights as Owners and Presumed Donors of all these Public Trusts gratuitously named after us.

The success of their whole plan depended on keeping us ignorant and in the dark, clueless from first to last.

In the 1920's the same Con Artists began secretly registering American babies as British Territorial U.S. Citizens. They did this to remove us from our Native Land and Soil, and subject us to their King -- a change in political status that also neatly evaded their Constitutional obligations to us.

Americans have Constitutional Guarantees, British Territorial Citizens do not.

In 1937, they issued The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States, and the British Territorial "Protectorate" Government began colluding with their old enemies, the Pope's Municipal Government.

This collusion allowed the Schemers to authorize the creation of another undisclosed registration process "in our names" and to subject the resulting new US CORPORATION named after us to the foreign Municipal Government's rules and regulations.

All of this has taken place behind our backs. It was all undertaken as a Scheme to impersonate us as "Dual Federal Citizens" and then use this to subject us and gain access to our assets and our credit.

As of 1937, both foreign Municipal Corporations and all their franchises could pick our pockets at the same time.

The Territorial Government could lie and pretend that we were their old Municipal enemies, and the Municipal Government could lie and pretend that we were their old Territorial enemies, and harass us and double-charge us both going and coming, because we didn't "declare ourselves".

We, meanwhile, were never made aware of any reason or need to declare our political status.

In the absence of formal, recorded declarations of political status from us, both sides were free to presume anything they liked about us--- and they liked to presume that we owed them lots and lots of credit for all sorts of services we never ordered nor received any benefit from. They liked to presume that we were dangerous insurrectionists. They liked to illegally confiscate our property and throw us in jail under all these cozy -- and false -- Legal Presumptions.

Most of all, they liked to assume custody of our assets and our credit.

This has led to our Employees going into business for themselves, using us and our assets as collateral backing their enterprises, and using the resulting credit -- our own credit -- to indebt us.

As a result of this crazy-making situation, we have been forced to use our Employee's credit, which is actually our credit, in lieu of paying our bills. They have then charged us interest for this "privilege" being extended to a British Territorial Person named after us. And they have charged the Municipal CORPORATION's taxes to us, too.

We've had our Employees holding our assets under False Pretenses and using them as collateral to borrow credit from the banks, and then back-charging their debts to us via periodically bankrupting their corporations, charging us interest on our own credit the whole time, and assigning the taxes and service fees and utility bills owed by their Municipal CORPORATIONS to us, too.

These two groups of what appear to be Americans (but both are actually working for foreign interests), have been preying upon and impersonating and mischaracterizing the actual Americans they are supposed to be protecting and serving with good faith.

This has gone on with absolutely no disclosure to the American people. The British Territorial "United States" and its U.S. Citizens have gotten away with this for 160 years. The Municipal Partner has done it to us since 1937-- 86 years.

Now you can see why this was all hush-hush and a matter of "National Security" (theirs). You can see the Gross Breach of Trust and Bad Faith involved. And you can also see why we are owed a blivit-load of both assets and credit returned safely to our own custody and the custody of our civilian government.

We've declared ourselves on the public record and provided our provenance.

We are claiming back our assets and our credit. We are claiming back the federal and state-of-state income taxes and property taxes that were "misapplied" to us. We are claiming back the money we paid for utilities and natural resources that in fact belong to us. We are here to collect all the "misapplied" interest we were charged on a foreign "National Debt". And all the physical assets we are owed, too.

Send a copy of this to the members of the British Territorial Corporation "Congress" and the Roman Municipal Corporation "Congress" -- and most of all, give a copy to the banks, from largest to smallest.

This Scheme could never work without the collusion of the banks, and it is at the bank level that it has to be dismantled and reversed. Also give copies to all and any attorneys of your acquaintance, it couldn't have been done without their assistance and cooperation, either.

Some people have noted that we are creating an embarrassment for the Pope, as he already gave our land back to the Indians. But it wasn't his land to give, was it? The land belongs to our States and our People--- all of them. We are all the inheritors of anything the Pope had a claim to administer, and we have an equal claim.

Some other people have noted that since the Doctrine of Discovery was overturned, it vitiates all "discoveries" as the basis of land ownership, including the discovery of this land by "Native" immigrants in a more distant time.

Still others, the cynics among us, have noted that trying to give the land back to the Indians is just another divide and conquer strategy designed to sow discord and injustice and create a new basis for prejudice and racism.

We are all against that, except of course for the British Territorials who created the Reservation System and the Residential Schools and who gave the Indians blankets infected with Smallpox, and traded liquor to them, and tried to destroy their languages and culture and traditions with decades of forced assimilation, and who have always treated all black or brown-skinned people as inferior.

That's their British Social Caste System, not ours.

They were treating all of us as Sheep to be shorn at the same time, so let all that bad karma rest on them.

As the lawful international government of this country, The United States of America, Unincorporated, is claiming the right to secure and distribute the the Guadalupe Hidalgo Gold Trust and the related Bonds issued by the Spanish Government for the improvement of infrastructure and success of the people living in seven western States transferred by Mexico to The United States.

Like many other so-called Historical Trusts and Legacy Trusts, the Guadalupe Hidalgo Trust is owed to our States and all their people, Native and Causian, Hispanic and Chinese alike.

We call upon Andrew Bailey and the Bank of England to release the corpus and interest owed on the Guadalupe Hidalgo Trust to our unincorporated Federation of States, dba The United States of America since 1776, and our American-chartered trade bank, The Global Family International Trade Bank, for dispersal to the now-enrolled western States of the Union intended to receive the benefit of the Trust.

For Native Leaders About Sovereignty

We have ruffled many feathers this week and disturbed an incipient pecking order, which would defame my country and seek an unjust pre-eminence.

We also upset the Old Babylonian Apple Cart by proving that under Ecclesiastical Law, no such thing as "indigenous" versus "non-indigenous" people exists.

As we have the ability to discern evil, let us be unsparing in detecting it.

Most native leaders simply want peace and justice and some modicum of restoration for their people to heal the damage that six generations of predation by the so-called "American Raj" --- the British Territorial U.S. Government --- has wrought.

However, they don't generally understand the claims of "sovereignty" that they make and they don't know who the Blue Coats were, which makes for numerous lamentable misunderstandings.

Sovereignty has become quite the buzzword, but few people realize that sovereignty arises as a natural consequence of self-determination and then, the process of self-governance that follows.

Our individual natural sovereignty results from our gifts of unique character and conscience, and the common gifts of mobility, memory, reasoning, learning, and logic.

Our group sovereignty results from people of like-mind coming together in agreement to form a nation of people asserting their sovereignty and their right to their practices, culture, language, beliefs, and laws.

Our political sovereignty depends on the recognition of all the other sovereign nations respecting our right to self-govern.

All this is simple enough, and rooted in common experience and themes, yet lately the buzzword mentality has crept into it, and the idea of "sovereignty" has acquired a mystique as well as a blivet load of propaganda narrative value.

The same people who cheer "native sovereignty" decry and fear an oxymoron -- "sovereign citizens", and the degree of confusion about all of this is simply spinning out of control.

I am arbitrarily going to use my neighbors when I was growing up, the Winnebago Ho-Chunka Nation, as an example of how sovereignty works.

A Winnebago is born as a member of an ancient people and culture with its own history, language, beliefs, and values. Thus, they are part of a sovereign nation of people. They are also born as members of the sovereign nation-state known as Wisconsin, and have an equal ownership interest in it. They are Dual Nationals at birth.

The nation-state, Wisconsin, protects all the people who live in Wisconsin and guarantees to them the blessings of self-determination, an equal share of public resources, abundant freedom, and guaranteed natural rights. People of all creeds, backgrounds, colors, religions and cultures benefit from the sovereignty of their nation-state.

The nation-state thus embodies a larger, more inclusive, and generalized political sovereignty, upon which the native group sovereignty depends.

This is why when we re-published our Sovereign Letters Patent, the sovereignty of the nation-states was declared first and the sovereignty of the dependent sovereign nations was declared second.

One does not exist without the other.

Read that: native nations are sovereign because their members are also members of nation-states that are sovereign. All native groups have a joint interest in preserving the nation-states as a result.

Native leaders -- your butts are in the wringer, too.

There is also the fact that Natives have guaranteed individual ownership interests in the nation-states like all other Americans, and they would lose that if they try to take over the land and soil jurisdictions held by the nation-states.

Finally, there is the practical issue that 12% of the population cannot claim to rule over 88% of the population and claim ownership of all the assets that are currently shared, without a huge war erupting and everyone suffering accordingly.

Sharing joint sovereignty is by far the better --- and traditional --- answer.

Please also be aware that to the degree that native people drift into and accept being members of a federally-recognized tribe, your sovereignty is surrendered on a one-by-one basis as your people become registered as "citizens of the (Municipal) United States" and receive welfare benefits from the Municipal Government.

These "benefits" can be redefined as "gifts" --- as they should be, but otherwise, the Municipal Government will happily claim that Native Americans are receiving welfare benefits as dependents and that they are obligated to act as "citizens of the United States" as a result, with the single exception that they will not have to pay federal taxes on anything they receive.

Lastly, the Blue Coats were Federal U.S. Government Mercenaries fresh out of the Civil War. They were working for the British Territorial Government Subcontractor, under their interpretation of the Northwest Ordinance.

The vicious massacres, the blankets laced with smallpox (see the earlier Pontiac Rebellion), and the worthless sea treaties, were all brought to you by the British Territorial Government, which had already occupied this country illegally and trespassed and usurped against the American Federation of States.

Please be aware that when you are talking to us, you are not talking to the "Federal Government". You are talking to the Federation Government. We have suffered the senseless attacks of the British Territorial Mercenary forces the same way you have.

We are natural Allies and already have major alliances with large native communities.

Whatever righteous anger you feel about the past, be aware that there are plenty of other Americans who were attacked, pillaged, plundered, murdered, and forced to flee at the hands of British Territorial Mercenaries who were being paid out of the victim's own pockets to perform this "service".

There is no dearth of victims of the British-sponsored American Raj, so victimhood is not a card to play, and who wants to be a victim, anyway? Let us all be victors, instead.

Please also be aware that if you are standing as Americans you are not subject to Federal Code unless you are on land that has genuinely been set aside for Federal purposes by the State, or if you are voluntarily participating in a federally regulated activity, such as the interstate manufacture, sale, or transport of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms across state lines.

You are owed the Guarantees of the Federal Constitutions. You do not live under them. Only Federal Employees and Federal Dependents live under the Constitutions. Everyone else stands under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence.

You do not have to bear the obligations of any form of Federal citizenship. You are not under any presumption of war as far as the actual American Government is concerned. You are free and you are owed your Natural and Unalienable Rights, not watered down and artificially conferred "civil rights" offered to government workers and dependents.

You are Americans, owed all the guarantees, privileges, and prerogatives of Americans. You have fought and died for this country and in defense of both your nations. You have every right to be proud, but remember, the atoms of all our bones come from the same good soil of the same good country. Our blood has been spilled for it, too. There can be no separation in the presence of such mutual sacrifice, so let there be brotherhood and understanding.

The Biowarfare Fraud

Information provided to H.E. Cardinal Mamberti and the Vatican Chancery Court regarding our Claim March 6 2005, January 19 2023 in seq:

Our research has confirmed, as has the research of Dr. David Martin recently delivered to the European Parliament, that the so-called Covid 19 Bioweapon was developed and based on research and patents that began in Great Britain, migrated to the United States, and was then further migrated to China.

The progenitor in Great Britain was the Pirbright Institute, the legacy of Rothschild scion Henry de Worms, Lord Pirbright, the very same source of: (1) for-profit corporations substituting themselves for governments; (2) concentration camps; (3) non-consensual and undisclosed medical experimentation, especially vaccine experimentation.

All of these evils were first made manifest in Africa during the Boer Wars.

This one man, "Lord Pirbright", and the institution he funded, has been the primary source of all this evil for the past 140 years. We have blamed the Nazis, but in fact, these evils had their genesis in England and continue to spread from this potent source.

Despite being outlawed and suppressed, it turns out that the United States (British Territorial) Government has been dabbling in biowarfare, as has the British Government and its Agencies and Affiliates, on a continuous basis ever since the experiments that Lord Pirbright and his friends Cecil Rhodes and the American Mengele, Henry Wellcome (Wellcome Trust), conducted on Dutch prisoners held in concentration camps during the Boer Wars approximately seventy years before Hitler took power.

We note that at about the same time that these genocides were occurring in Africa, American Indians entrapped on so-called "Reservations" --- open air internment camps --- were being given gifts of warm blankets laced with Smallpox by the U.S. Government, that is, the British Territorial United States Government.

Beyond our present plight, here's an example of it in continuum:

"And there was the matter of germ warfare. The Chinese devoted a great deal of effort to publicizing their claim that the United States, particularly during January to March 1952, had dropped quantities of bacteria and bacteria-laden insects over Korea and northeast China. It presented testimony of about 38 captured American airmen who had purportedly flown the planes with the deadly cargo. Many of the men went into voluminous detail about the entire operation: the kinds of bombs and other containers dropped, the types of insects, the diseases they carried, etc. At the same time, photographs of the alleged germ bombs and insects were published.

Then, in August, an "International Scientific Committee" was appointed, composed of scientists from Sweden, France, Great Britain, Italy, Brazil and the Soviet Union. After an investigation in China of more than two months, the committee produced a report of some 600 pages, many photos, and the conclusion that: The peoples of Korea and China have indeed been the objectives of bacteriological weapons.
These have been employed by units of the U.S.A. armed forces, using a great variety of different methods for the purpose, some of which seem to be developments of those applied by the Japanese during the second world war.

The last reference has to do with the bacteriological warfare experiments the Japanese had carried out against China between 1940 and 1942. The Japanese scientists responsible for this program were captured by the United States in 1945 and given immunity from prosecution in return for providing technical information about the experiments to American scientists from the Army biological research center at Fort Detrick, Maryland.

The Chinese were aware of this at the time of the International Scientific Committee's investigation.
It should be noted that some of the American airmen's statements contained so much technical biological information and were so full of communist rhetoric— "imperialist, capitalist Wall Street warmonger" and the like—that their personal authorship of the statements must be seriously questioned. Moreover, it was later learned that most of the airmen had confessed only after being subjected to physical abuse.

But in view of what we have since learned about American involvement with chemical and biological weapons, the Chinese claims cannot be dismissed out of hand. In 1970, for example, the New York Times reported that during the Korean War, when US forces were overwhelmed by "human waves of Chinese, "the Army dug into captured Nazi chemical warfare documents describing Sarin, a nerve gas so lethal that a few pounds could kill thousands of people in minutes.

By the mid-nineteen-fifties, the Army was manufacturing thousands of gallons of Sarin." And during the 1950s and 1960s, the Army and the CIA conducted numerous experiments with biological agents within the United States. To cite just two examples: In 1955, there is compelling evidence that the CIA released whooping-cough bacteria into the open air in Florida, followed by an extremely sharp increase in the incidence of the disease in the state that year. The following year, another toxic substance was disseminated in the streets and tunnels of New York City. We will also see in the chapter on Cuba how the CIA conducted chemical and biological warfare against Fidel Castro's rule."

It is apparent in all these examples that, both by deceitful means attempting to make people volunteer their own deaths or the deaths of others (legalized abortions, the One Child Rule in China, mandated experimental "vaccines") or by force, taking advantage of prisoners and inmates and detainees in "reservation" facilities, bacteriological and other forms of bioweaponry have been promoted and repeatedly applied by the same monsters: Britain and its puppet government Raj in America, the USA, Inc.

From our presentation and discussion and timeline provided within our claims process set before the Vatican Chancery Court and prosecuted under Ecclesiastical Law, it is apparent that: (1) the Sars-2 based Covid 19 bioweapon has been under development in Britain and The United States since 1965; (2) the Covid 19 bioweapon derives from patents owned by the Pirbright Institute which has its genesis with the Rothschild heir, Henry de Worms, who pioneered and funded these same evils in Africa more than a hundred years ago; (3) all the evils promoted by Henry de Worms, aka, Lord Pirbright, have continued unabated and have had their most recent
expression as the pre-planned experiment on the General Population known as the Covid 19 Pandemic.

There is a simple and expedient means to bring an end to all of it.

Liquidate the Pirbright Institute, the Wellcome Trust, the US, Inc. in all its current forms, the USA, Inc. in all its current forms, the UN, Inc., in all its current forms, the NIH, Inc. (National Institutes of Health), the CDC, Inc. (Centers for Disease Control), the FDA, Inc. (Food and Drug Administration), Microsoft, Inc. (inventor of the Microdot technology used to program the weapon), the CIA, Inc., Pfizer, Bayer, Monsanto, Moderna, Astrazeneca, and Johnson and Johnson, Inc., for production and deployment of biological and environmental poisons and other unlawful activities that have resulted in millions of injuries and deaths.

These guilty corporations have continued their activities despite multiple public and international laws prohibiting the use of biological weapons and despite moratoriums on biological weapons research. They have evaded the actual law and lied about it and promoted fraud, murder, maiming, and mayhem against the Public Interest throughout these activities.

During the recent and ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, it has become apparent that NATO Corporation affiliates representing the US and multiple European countries that are still occupied since World War II, have evaded International Law and the Moratoriums, to carry on biological weapons research and production in Ukraine.

This was expedited by the murder of the elected Ukrainian Government in 2014 and its replacement by a Territorial Corporation which has endangered the lives and ruined the peace of the Ukrainian people and threatened billions of lives. We therefore call for the immediate liquidation of UKRAINE, Inc.

We recommend that the assets of these offending organizations be forfeited to us, the actual government of The United States of America, to be managed for the benefit and health of humanity. We regard protection of people and their assets as the only rightful job of government and that is why we are here today.

Under Ecclesiastical Law, it is the Pope's right and responsibility to liquidate corporations engaged in unlawful activities and it is the Vatican Chancery Court's business to dispose of the assets.

We urge the Pope and the Vatican Chancery Court to exercise these rights and responsibilities in favor of the living people of this planet and in favor of their lawful governments.
