This man is a national hero and most don't even know his name.

As war criminals like Obama lived in their lavish oceanside homes and Trump campaigned for another term as president, Daniel Hale was rotting in a cage. He was charged with violating the Espionage Act of 1917. The same 'catch all' archaic law that was also used to charge Chelsea Manning, Edward Snowden and Reality Winner.

In a interview before his incarceration Hale said: “You have to kill part of your conscience to do your job.”

He's right. There are far too many mindless order followers who will turn a human life into a fine red mist for a paycheck and free pancakes at IHOP. There are not enough individuals with integrity within the US government who stand up, speak out and say "NO!" "I will not participate in your war machine." That's why we must honor and praise people like Daniel Hale who do.

Report: Five Eyes Espionage Alliance Spied on Trump

Julian Assange's final attempt to avoid extradition to the U.S. began Tuesday with a two-day hearing. The WikiLeaks founder has been indicted on over a dozen counts of espionage in relation to leaked intelligence documents published in 2010. Assange, who is an Australian national, is responsible for publishing and exposing classified and confidential documents including Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign emails, Iraq and Afghanistan war documents, and the operating manual for Guantanamo Bay prison camp. And in 2017, while withholding specific details to protect American national security, Assange exposed the CIA for running an illegal spying program.

A European arrest warrant was issued in 2010 by Swedish officials. In 2012 Assange fled to Ecuador's embassy in London where he lived until 2019. He was arrested and dragged out of the embassy in April of 2019 on a U.S. charge of hacking military computers. He has been confined in a London prison ever since, contesting the United States government's extradition efforts with the British courts.

He faces 17 charges related to the Espionage Act of 1917. If prosecuted in the U.S., Assange could face 175 years in prison as a result of a politically motivated trial. Assange can request the European Court of Human Rights block his extradition if the British High Court rules in favor to extradite.

The United States government has criminalized truth telling. To Assange's advocates, he is a hero.

Kelly Wong immigrated to the U.S. in 2019 from China. Wong, who isn't legally permitted to vote in the U.S. will now be overseeing and creating policy for the San Francisco Department of Elections. Wong was appointed unanimously by a Board of Supervisors as a result of a 2020 voter-approved measure that removed the citizenship requirements to serve on San Francisco boards, commissions and advisory bodies.

Wong is a staff member with an organisation called Chinese for Affirmative Action (CAA). CAA collaborates with other groups, which have ties to the Chinese Communist Party to stop efforts against Chinese espionage in the U.S. under the CCP umbrella of Anti-Asian Hate.

Over the last decade, we've seen a rise in Chinese owned American land, Chinese authorities setting up shop in American cities, the rush for economic dominance by China through BRICS, and an undeniable flood of Chinese citizens crossing the U.S. southern border. Is allowing a Chinese, non U.S. citizen with ties to the CPP to oversee elections a part of a growing pattern American should be concerned about?
