The only solution is to decentralize...

Roger Sherman - the only person in history to sign all of the big 4: the Continental Association, Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, and the Constitution for the United States.

Also, a #10thAmendment guy.

Here, paraphrased from a letter of 8 Dec 1787:

"The powers vested in the federal government are only such as respect the common interests of the Union, and are particularly defined, so that each State retains its sovereignty in what respects its own internal government, and a right to exercise every power of a sovereign State not delegated to the United States."

Malone, Cole, Urso Discuss The Dangers Of COVID-19 Vaccines & The Need For Scientific Integrity.

Three of the most prolific doctors in the Global Covid Summit, Dr. Robert Malone, Dr. Ryan Cole, and Dr. Richard Urso joined Del for an in-depth discussion on why they aligned to form the G.C.S. and their tireless mission to spread truth and restore scientific integrity.

Excerpts:

Dr. Ryan Cole: "To give a chronic lipid nanoparticle and a chronic spike-making factory in your body, in your cells -- we know that spike is toxic. We are messing up permanently the immune systems of people, and who knows what disease they're going to die from [because of immune suppression] secondarily."

Dr. Robert Malone: "Subclinical myocarditis may be occurring in the majority of vaccine recipients, if you test the right enzymes. That's a big [deal]. The event horizon of death and damage from this is not going away. It's behaving more like the classic profile of myocarditis, which has a five-year mortality [rate] of something like 15 to 20%."

Dr. Robert Malone: "[The FDA] knew that the viral reactivation signal (such as shingles re-emerging) was one of the major known adverse events [of the shot]... and they did not acknowledge it. It's another one of those things that is inexplicable."

Dr. Robert Malone: "It goes right back to the original dossier, because the FDA treated this as if it was a normal 'vaccine,' whatever normal vaccine happens to be, and not like a gene therapy product, which is what it was, and they didn't do reproductive toxicology rigorously. They didn't do genome toxicity. They didn't do biodistribution. They didn't do pharmacokinetics. It goes on and on. Why didn't they do their job?"

Dr. Ryan Cole: "It was originally designed to take mRNA and or chemotherapeutic agents to organs that are hard to get to, like the brain... Scientists knew they would not stay in the arm. To have told the people of the world otherwise was a straight up scientific lie."

Dr. Robert Malone: "How could the US government ever admit to the sins and harms that have been caused? How could they ever admit to their obvious role in funding the Wuhan laboratory? How could they ever do that? The financial burden of coming to grips with what has been done here would be huge. It would shake the entire government."

Dr. Richard Urso: "The pharmaceutical industry has become so powerful. They're very much in control of medicine. Their control [starts at] the education level, it goes into hospitals, and it goes into advertising to the [general] public itself. And so every single level [is controlled by pharma]. [We] have to find a way to sort of decentralize that process, separate the ability of the pharmaceutical industry to influence so strongly onto the agencies, and then take away their power at the medical school levels in education."

It’s also a perfect example of the centralized power the founders warned us about.

Patrick Henry and many other founders warned against centralization of power, saying it would lead to a destruction of our liberty.

They were right.

With federal “funding” comes and federal control. And while most local governments are happy with that trade, dozens of small cities and towns in Texas have been rejecting federal ARPA funding - and avoiding the requirements that come with them

Leftists hide behind censorship because they are terrified of fair debate on vaccine mandates
posted By Steve Balich -
March 28, 2022

Why is censorship the go-to tactic for leftists? Well, if you ask them, they won’t deny their love affair with the memory hole. In fact, most leftists will vehemently defend censorship as absolutely moral and for the “greater good.” Their position is basically this: We live in a “society,” and some ideas, thoughts and words are “dangerous” and destructive to that society. Therefore, those ideas and words must be eliminated from the open discussion so they can protect society from itself.

But who gets to decide which ideas are dangerous and which words are destructive? It’s rather convenient that the political left has anointed themselves the pure and objective arbiters of our culture. Purity within leftist culture is measured by expressions of “empathy” (virtue signaling). They are the thought police because, somehow, they believe they are the most empathetic.

True empathy is impossible to measure in another human being. You could very well be dealing with a narcissist or psychopath that is very good at pretending they care and have a conscience. They might say all the right things and have all the right opinions in public, but in their private lives, they are malicious and take pleasure in causing pain in others. Humans are utterly fallible, which is why all systems of freedom seek to decentralize power through checks and balances. All systems that value freedom and peace seek to eliminate the existence of thought police.

Leftists (and globalists) have sought to circumvent checks and balances as well as free speech protections through a number of tactics. In much of the western world, they pay lip service to free speech rights when it is convenient for them, but most European nations and countries like Australia have no legitimate constitutional measures that restrict governments from easily initiating speech suppression laws whenever they want. This is what makes the U.S. so unique as a culture, and it is the reason why leftists have pursued other methods to silence dissent.

In America, the left has partnered with the corporate world and is attempting to use “business rights” as a means to attack and diminish conservative voices. That is to say, they think that if they can harass and pressure a business to deplatform their opposition then this is a technically legal tactic because a business has a right to associate or not associate with whomever they choose. If the power of government cannot be used to muzzle their opponents, then the power of corporations and Big Tech can be just as effective.

We have seen Big Tech and social media companies silence thousands (perhaps tens of thousands) of conservative names over the past few years. The whole time these companies and the media have denied that they specifically target people on the political right (which these days means anyone to the right of full-bore communism and globalism on the political spectrum). This gaslighting has been debunked over and over again. It is undeniable that conservatives are far more likely to be blocked or banned from social media than people who express leftist views.

Once confronted with the data that proves Big Tech is biased in favor of the left, they switch gears to the same old circular argument: “Well, conservatives are banned more from social media because they are the people always posting dangerous and destructive ideas…” And we’re right back to where we started.

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., on Monday introduced an amendment that would eliminate Dr. Anthony Fauci’s position as the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and decentralize it, so that no one person can act as "dictator-in-chief" in the name of public health, the senator said.

Paul's amendment would reorganize NIAID by breaking it down into three separate national research institutes, all with their own director, including the National Institute of Allergic Diseases, the National Institute of Infectious Diseases, and the National Institute of Immunologic Diseases.

COVID LOCKDOWN LESSONS LEARNED - FAUCI AMENDMENT WOULD MEAN NO MORE HEALTH ‘DICTATOR IN CHIEF’

"We’ve learned a lot over the past two years, but one lesson in particular is that no one person should be deemed ‘dictator-in-chief,’" Paul said in a statement announcing the amendment. "No one person should have unilateral authority to make decisions for millions of Americans."

"This will create accountability and oversight into a taxpayer funded position that has largely abused its power, and has been responsible for many failures and misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic," he said.

Each of the three institutes proposed by Paul would be led by a director who is appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate for a 5-year term.

"I’ve been a physician for over 33 years," Paul wrote in a piece Monday for Fox News Digital. "In all my years studying and practicing medicine, I had never encountered someone with the gall to proclaim himself ‘the science’ and portray anyone opposing him as ‘attacking science.’ That is, until Dr. Fauci became the COVID dictator-in-chief."

"The biggest lesson we have learned over the last two years is that no one person should have this much unchecked power," he wrote. "And my amendment, which will get a vote this week, will finally force accountability and fire Dr. Fauci."
