In a surprising turn of events, an 18-year-old shooter was released on bail earlier this month despite vehement opposition from prosecutors. Chief Magistrate Judge Lloyd U. Nolan, Jr. of the D.C. Superior Court has come under fire for releasing Amonte Moody, the accused, and placing him under house arrest. This decision has been met with outrage from the public, and investigations into Nolan’s background have revealed that the magistrate is an avid progressive activist on social media.

According to Fox News and WUSA-TV, Nolan has frequently shared posts on his social media accounts promoting the Black Lives Matter movement. A review of his online presence revealed that the judge proudly identifies as “woke,” a term often used to describe someone who is socially aware and actively supports social justice causes. Furthermore, Nolan has publicly announced his financial contributions to Gideon’s Promise, a non-profit organization founded by George Soros-linked professor Jonathan Rapping. This organization provides training to public defenders, with a focus on providing quality legal representation to those who cannot afford private attorneys.
The incident in question occurred at 2:19 a.m. on April 22 near the intersection of 17th Street and Independence Avenue, SE. Security camera footage captured the accused, a black male, firing an AR-15 at a car with four people inside. Despite the fact that there seemed to be no provocation or self-defense involved, Nolan released Moody on May 3 and allowed him to remain under house arrest in Maryland with a GPS monitor. This decision has caused outrage within the legal community and the public, prompting prosecutors to file an emergency order in an attempt to overturn the magistrate’s judgment.
The emergency order is set to be heard on May 22, according to Fox News. In their filing, prosecutors expressed their concerns about the accused being back on the streets, pointing to the egregiousness of the crime and the strength of the evidence against Moody. They note that video evidence and two witness identifications clearly implicate Moody in the shooting, and that the statutory presumption in favor of detention pending trial has been ignored by the magistrate.
Nolan has not yet responded to media requests for comment, and his Facebook profile has been set to private since Fox News confronted him about his activism. It is unclear at this point how his political leanings may have influenced his decision to release the accused. However, the situation has sparked an important conversation about the potential biases and personal beliefs held by those in positions of power within the justice system.

Let's not be chumps.

Let's remember the facts.

It was the U.S. Army that was entrusted with the responsibility for our money after the so-called Civil War, and it was Hiram Grant, who changed his name to U.S. Grant while at Westpoint, who was in charge of that Army.

U.S. Grant was a Tory from a long line of Tories.

And what is the U.S.? The British Territorial United States. Not the American United States of America, not our Federation of States, not even our Federal Republic.

The U.S. is the British Territorial Subcontractor operating under The Constitution of the United States of America as the United States of America, Incorporated--- and "our" military has always been polluted by British authority, especially our Navy.

This is because in the settlement of The War of Independence, as part of the peace process, the British Monarch secured a position as our Trustee on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways.

Give a Moose a Muffin, and they will want blackberry jam to go with it.

Give a British Monarch a toenail-hold, and he will try to parley it into a majority shareholding.

We just watched a sanguine and long and emotion-filled video posted by Pascal Najadi, a retired Swiss investment banker and filmmaker, released on May 8th 2024.

In this video, Mr. Najadi --- whose Father, Hussain Najadi, started the World Economic Forum along with Klaus Schwab --- reported that all was good and all was well and we were all to stop worrying and let the military "take care of us" and everyone be happy-happy.

Excuse me, Mr. Najadi, that's how all this started, that's how this horrific mess developed. All of this abuse and theft and "mischief" has been under the auspices of the military, ours, albeit with the skillful misdirection of the Brits.

We can't help but notice the extreme similarity between the future that Klaus Schwab described, "You will own nothing and be happy!" --- and the future you are describing--- "Just let the military "take care of everything" and be happy".

How do we know that Klaus Schwab wasn't promoting exactly the same result, to be initiated the same way, by the same players?

Maybe he wanted to use the Civil Service instead of the Military Service for administrative purposes, but it adds up to the same thing, doesn't it?

"There, there, dear.... don't worry your little head about it....we'll take care of you; we're the Nanny State. All you have to do is whatever we tell you, and be happy!"

Wasn't that George H. W. Bush's campaign theme song, "Don't Worry, Be Happy!" --- a song about being happy with nothing, with your life in the crapper, and being happy anyway?

And when we do a little review, wasn't Poppy Bush Preston Bush's son, the same Preston Bush who was an avid admirer of Adolph Hitler and who bankrolled the Nazi Party?

Why, yes, yes, it was.

And, Mr. Najadi, while you seem to be a fine person with proper instincts and sensitivities, how is it that you have spent your whole life as a Swiss Investment Banker and didn't know what was going on? As a filmmaker with all sorts of connections, and didn't know what was going on?

And perhaps most disturbing, the part of the conversation where you and your friend tried to convince everyone that there are "no countries" only "territories"?

Sorry, but our country --- our land and soil is still here, and we are still standing on it --- and our Territorial Government Subcontractors are still obligated to provide "good faith service".

This idea that "there are only territories" needs to be nipped in the bud, and all the militaries of the world need to come to grips with the fact that we are not cows or babies.

Their ranks are filled by our sons and daughters and their equipment is purchased with our credit. That makes us more than just pretty faces.

Throughout this despicable era of "federal" usurpation and corruption, the Military has been trying to spin Narratives in which they are the heroes in a complex undeclared "war" (mercenary conflict) and just as with the phony Nazi Death Camps, they are trying to find scapegoats and create Monsters in the Dark using photographs and film clips.

We want you to know that we don't buy any of it.

And we won't be "happy" until you all make a clean breast of it and admit that this all happened on your watch and you commandeered our assets without our knowledge or consent, impersonated us, subjected us to these foreign courts, and just sat there for decades sharing in the loot that these other Perpetrators gave to you secondhand.

Now you are going on a Happy Little Pogrom to kill all the attorneys and judges and medical doctors that you used as "Uniformed Officers" to carry out your dirty work and you think that we aren't going to catch on?

You say that Queen Elizabeth II hosted hunting parties and chased naked children through the bushes with guns, like so many pheasants or rabbits.

You say that she was hanged for this offense and that we will see (and believe) that this was all so.

And in the same breath, you say that Jack Kennedy, with the entire back of his head blown out in Dallas, is alive and well? And what? 105?

We will believe all this and more when pigs can fly and the militaries responsible for all this rot start telling the truth and taking their share of the responsibility.

Return the assets that belong to us -- the actual and rightful civilian owners.

Don't tell us to just "trust" you. We have been trusting you the last 160-plus years and look where that got us.

Don't tell us to be "happy" because the evil Deep State has been defeated, when we know that the Deep State was too often working for you.

Until you come clean, your entire "White Hats Come to Save You" routine has been seen before and was found wanting.

The creation of The Problem -- the supposed 10,000 underground bases -- like your solution to it, grew up right under your noses, with your full knowledge and permission and participation.

You embezzled the money for all this "development" and for the Secret Space Force, too, out of our economy and taxed us and mortgaged our private property to do it.

So don't expect us to be "happy".

We know that the attorneys and doctors and all the other Fall Guys including the Freemasons who are being lined up as scapegoats were working for you.

It would suit the militaries very well to murder the police (most are Freemasons) and your other civilian Flunkies who could incriminate you.

You, the Perpetrators ever since 1863, want to stand there pretending to be the heroes, when in fact, you were the Puppeteers. The willing cream-lappers? The ones selling your own people into indentured servitude and slavery?

Hey, fellas, aside from those you licensed and hired to do the dirty work, you're the ones left standing in the middle.

We are not deceived. Not one iota.

Who fronted the FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE?

Answer: the FRN was military scrip issued by private banks for the U.S. Military and funded on their -- and our -- backs as blood money procured from men and women in indentured servitude.

Who is going to take the blame for that? The private banks who colluded with the top Generals and politicians? The 900 bankers recently arrested?

Maybe you didn't know. Maybe you were just innocent people as most of us all were. Maybe you got highly motivated along the way. That's understandable.

But stop lying about this and looking for scapegoats.

Your former business partners aren't here on Earth to provide us with a "show of Justice". Everyone in the military worldwide needs to take a good look at your own hands and history.

International Public Notice: Dear Donald Trump

We find it interesting that you began your message concerning your corporation's new "Declaration of Independence" with a lengthy denial of all other claims and claimants, in favor, apparently, of the corporation you represent as President, the U.S.A. Incorporated.

You make it sound like our claims are significantly different than yours, when in fact, over 90% of your Declaration playbook echoes us, our claims, and all the information that we have specifically provided not only to you but to every other American.

The only part of your Declaration that we did not essentially author and don't agree with is the focus on the Act of 1871, which was repealed in 1874. The complaint against the United States Corp is deserved and understood, however, that is only half the story.

The corporation that you represent as Commander-in-Chief existed prior to the United States Corp and the financial difficulties that you describe in the wake of the Civil War as the generative cause of the debacle, arose as a result of the war debts and bankruptcy of the United States of America, Incorporated.

That is, the financial maladies were those of a foreign corporation acting as a Federal Government Subcontractor. Your corporation.

It was not our government, not the sovereign American Government, that acquired the debt and went bankrupt. Think about it, Mr. Trump, only incorporated entities enjoy that privilege.

Just like the United States Corp, the United States of America, Incorporated, is a separate incorporated entity. Just like the United States Corp, the United States of America, Incorporated, is a foreign entity engaged in providing "essential government services" under contract to our Government.

The version of the United States of America, Incorporated, established prior to the so-called Civil War, was bankrupted by Abraham Lincoln in April of 1863. That was the source of the financial trouble.

Your corporation's bankruptcy, Mr. Trump.

Nothing has changed except that the Military engaged by that same corporation, woke up, realized that Abraham Lincoln left them in charge, and that everything in this country is going to dog dung on their watch.

Well, good on you and good on them for that, but you can't fix it by telling more lies and trying to claim assets and credit that never belonged to your corporation in the first place.

The Civil War, insomuch as it could be styled as a "war" was an illegal mercenary conflict between corporations and between foreign government interests on our shores. It had precious little to do with us or with slavery, either.

The two corporations pitted against each other, the United States Corp and the United States of America, Incorporated, have kept this conflict going --- for their own profit --- ever since.

The only break in the conflict came from 1937 to your inauguration, when the two corporations signed The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States, as a truce and collusion, which allowed both corporations to develop full blown "administrations" and prey upon the American Public with equal ferocity.

Surely, you have noticed that we have two of everything? The IRS and the Internal Revenue Service, the DOD and the Department of Defense, the DOL and the Department of Labor, the DOJ and the Department of Justice.... we could go on, but this is self-evident and can only be accounted for by the 1937 Declaration of Interdependence referenced above.

Do you really think that the American people needed complete redundancy and double-dipping, two complete (and both foreign) court systems, two Internal Revenue Services? Internal to what?

Mr. Trump, surely, at this late date, both foreign corporations should simply surrender and accept the fact that this country belongs to its people and nobody else--- it certainly doesn't belong to any foreign corporation residing in the District of Columbia or the (British Territorial) State of Delaware or any foreign country (like Scotland) whatsoever.

Two thieves arguing over the spoils is not the same as the actual owner showing up, and by factual definition the actual owner is and has to be: (1) American and (2) Unincorporated.

Your corporation, like the United States Corp, fails on both counts.

So, we believe that we have dispensed with all claims of all incorporated entities seeking to "represent" us, and claiming an interest of any kind in our land and other physical assets.

Our venerable declaration, The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, serves us more than well-enough.

We wish to point out, Mr. Trump, that the British Territorial Government is an instrumentality of the British Government as a whole, and that the British Government as a whole, is an instrumentality of the Pope, and that in matters of commerce, that means the Roman Pontiff.

Both corporations, the United States Corp and the United States of America, Incorporated, are owned by the Pope and administered by the Pope acting as the Roman Pontiff.

If we have been gullible and trusting and easily led, then so have you corporate moguls, who registered your corporations and gave up your ownership of them to other faceless Legal Fiction Entities and assumed Authorities.

There. Did you finally, just now, feel the floor drop?

The Pope owns both the United States Corp and the United States of America, Incorporated, because the very idea of corporations originated with the Roman Curia. He rules these creations of the mind under Ecclesiastical Law, and sits like Hammurabi as the final dictator of both Law Merchant and its codified cousin, the Law of Maritime Commerce.

So the fight between the United States Corp and the United States of America, Incorporated, in 1861 or today, has only existed with his blessings and for his benefit, as both these corporations quite literally belong to him. And he is responsible for them.

We, however, are unincorporated beings living under a free and independent ---and unincorporated--- government, in an actual and factual world, which is a Divine Creation. We are divine creations, too.

We see through all of these illusions straight to the heart of the matter. We see who is responsible for this mess, and it isn't you, Donald Trump.

Keep it that way.

Stop trying to interpose your corporation as our Keeper, or Custodian, exercising a "stewardship" interest in our assets. We are quite capable of choosing our own Deputies (not Trustees) in free and open public elections, unsullied by the manipulations of political parties.

We invited you to join us and to leave behind the ugly phantasm you've been living in. Click your silver slippers, Donald, and come home. Declare your birthright political status and take responsibility for your own DNA and your own soul and your own soil.

It's not that difficult to be unincorporated and it's far more effective than tilting at paper windmills and worrying about paper debts.

Yes, we have been defrauded and deceived, and so have you.

As the Roman Civil Law says, "Let him who will be deceived, be deceived." and as we are beset by Romans, it would be good if you simply shook your head, woke up, and realized --- this is all phony.

All these corporations and corporation franchises and codes and debts made of paper --- it's all fraud. It's all ridiculous. It is insubstantial. It's a sideshow schtick.

We are not deceived, and so we are set free.

And all the fraud against us must be set aside, or as the Romans say, "Fictio cedit veritati; fictio juris non est, ubi veritas." --- in English, "Fiction yields to truth; where truth is, fiction of law does not exist."

Repeat that three times and understand what the phrase "people of substance" really means. We are people of substance, not "persons" made of paper.

We know who we are, what we are, where we are, and more importantly, we know what we are owed both in terms of our physical assets and in terms of good faith services.

Both the Pope's corporations owe us good faith service, so he and his "Empire of the City" need to honor their ancient cult laws and the Law of the City and the Roman Civil Law and the Ecclesiastical Law by which they are still bound.

For many Americans the 2021 withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan was an egregious betrayal. Whether strategic warfare or the result of pure negligence and incompetence, 13 American soldiers lost their lives. Following the withdrawal, the White House reported 100 to 200 Americans were remaining in Afghanistan with intentions to flee. According to the National Resistance Front (NRF), a military alliance of former Northern Alliance members and other anti-Taliban fighters, America has lost 98% of its intel collection capability in Afghanistan, leaving the country a breeding ground for 27 plus terrorist organizations.

Just two days following the U.S. evacuation of troops from Afghanistan, September 2, 2021, a plane carrying 150 Chinese nationals landed in Bagram Airfield, outside of Parwan Province. Two weeks after their arrival, began a steady flow of incoming Chinese nationals to the airfield with an estimated 350 plus stationary. What is their objective plan? 

For over a decade, China has been strengthening its diplomatic efforts in creating a stabilized Afghanistan, among a plethora of other struggling countries. Providing the country with over a billion yuan in aid and pledging millions more. China has also provided 500 scholarships for Afghan students to study in China, as well as training to 3,000 Afghan professionals in various fields, including counterterrorism, anti-drug trafficking, agricultural and diplomacy. China has helped promote economic independence within the country through the framework of China's Silk Road Economic Belt strategy. 

Since the withdrawal of U.S. troops, China has been intensifying its influence and succor to Afghanistan in full support and pledge to the Taliban. In January of 2024, Chinese President Xi Jinping met with the Taliban-appointed Afghan ambassador in a formal ceremony at the Great Hall of the People, accepting and recognizing the ambassador's credentials. Likewise, the CCP has set up shop in Kabul sending their own ambassador who has been equally recognized by the Taliban. Their support doesn't end there. China has been actively assisting in helping build the Taliban's military division. Chinese defense company, Norinco, a weapons manufacturer, sanctioned in 2003 by the Bush administration for selling missile-related goods to Iran, has been holding meetings with the Taliban's defense ministry. Norinco, known for its "arms for minerals" deals, has provided the Taliban with the installation of over 100,000 state of the art surveillance cameras in Kabul alone, through Huawei. Huawei, a Chinese global provider of communication and technology infrastructure, was placed on the U.S. "entity list" and flagged as a national security threat in 2019 by the Trump administration, restricting suppliers from selling U.S. goods and technology. 

Through this "arms for minerals" deal, China has signed billion dollar contracts with the Taliban to engage in the mining and extraction of lithium, gold, copper and other rare-earth minerals. Afghanistan has the largest deposit of lithium which is a known prime commodity for the transition to a green energy or a carbon-free world. China has been known to dominate the lithium supply chain by insidious means and their recent alliance with the Taliban follows suit. 

There is no denying the flurry of diplomatic activity between China and the Talbian. The CCP's leadership undoubtedly has a domestic interest in protecting order and security as the two countries share a 57 mile long border. However, China's international or geostrategic projections are almost indisputable as the country was prepped and ready to step in just days after the United States abrupt abandonment. Is it possible, the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan wasn't proof of the negligence and or incompetency of the current U.S. administration, but rather another example of what could be a strategic move toward a new order where China holds global economic and political dominance? Could this fall in line with the pattern we've seen of the U.S allowing Chinese nationalist to hold government seats and intentionally turn a blind eye to BRICS, Chinese U.S land grab, and the unprecedented amounts of Chinese nationalists crossing our border via the Darien Gap?
