Your body is more water than anything else so water has a huge impact on our health. I think water has the biggest impact on our health since it is the biggest percentage of what our bodies are made of.
I also find it interesting that there is fluoride in many municipal water supplies which has never been proven to provide any health benefits. And which has been proven to be toxic and toxins are bad for our health.
I believe the water is being poisoned on purpose in an attempt to make us sick and more compliant and complacent to accept tyranny and become slaves.
Almost 6 years ago in April 2016 I started my journey learning about the importance of water and hydration in our health.
I changed my water to Electrolyzed Reduced Water which has the backing of many scientific studies as being a superior water for our health due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
