International Public Notice: Land Claim Frauds

There have been innumerable land claim frauds since the 1920's when all this dirt began in earnest.

These frauds have run a full gamut from Teapot Dome to the National Parks and the Public Lands Acts, the Reservoir Authorities like the Tennessee Valley Authority, Real Estate Titles, Property Taxes, Zoning, Public Interest Estate Taxes, Eminent Domain, Federal Land Management Units, Soil and Water Conservation Districts, Railroad, Highway, and Public Utility Easements, Public Access Takings, Non-Cadastral Surveys, Abandoned Public Records, arbitrary and punitive taxation, Federal Land Leases, Federal Environmental Acts and Regulations, and the list goes on into seeming infinity.

The roots of all these burgeoning fraud schemes and many more had their genesis in the 19th century in the British Commonwealth and Colonies. Britain has always been at the bottom of the dogpile and never more than in the realm of land grabbing and land fraud schemes.

The Brits wrote the book and have been defrauding land owners and landlords alike for the past four hundred years. This is what led to the late-Queen being the largest (apparent) landowner on Earth -- while paying no taxes at all on most of it.

It would actually be more correct to use the word "landholder" as the late-Queen didn't actually own or possess in her own right a very large percentage of what her Territorial Government honchos claimed for her. This was especially true of her "vast holdings" in America.

To actually own land in America, you have to be American.

So the Queen's men set up a National Trust for the British Territorial United States to hold the Real Estate Titles representing the property interests of British Territorial U.S. Citizens deployed throughout the country under the provisions of the Residence Act.

None of this has anything to do with actual Americans at all. Americans own their land -- all of it -- from rock bottom up.

But remember, the natural political status of Americans was being secretly and unlawfully converted by the Queen's Undeclared Foreign Agents; the Licensed Medical Doctors were busy entering False Claims to the effect that all these American babies were British Subjects.

As all these Americans were presumed to be British Territorial U.S. Citizens, and grew up and acquired or inherited land "as" purported U.S. Citizens --- pop! Their land holdings, inherited or acquired, went into the British Territorial National Land Trust and were held by the Queen (or King).

So the identity theft and political conversion swindle described in prior Notices also resulted in the British acquiring a purloined controlling interest in vast swaths of American land, which they used as collateral for the Queen (or King) to borrow against.

The British Way is to donate all land assets to the Queen or King, and let the Royals hold it all in trust for future beneficiaries, while good old Maude and Rocky back home slave their lives away to pay the taxes and mortgages caused by past Royal spending.

It's said that when men die, their debts die with them. All sins are paid.

But nearly everyone in the British Realm is either a human or a slave, and when "humans" die, they die as indentured servants, still owing investors for their grubstake on Earth. That unearned portion has to be paid somehow, so enter the mortgage business.

People think that when they pay a mortgage they are paying money they owe to buy a house, but that isn't it at all, because it's not the American System, it's the British System we are dealing with as a result of being "mistaken" for British Territorial U.S. Citizens.

A mortgage represents the money accrued as debt by the government. You have to pay off the government's debt to free the property for sale. That is why a mortgage is called a "future lease purchase agreement". It's never a sale. It's a tenancy. And after three decades or so of paying off every month, you can actually become a Leasor and lease the property from the National Trust.

But it is never yours, you never actually own it. What you acquire after slaving all those years is a "title" enabling you to live on National Trust Property, held by the King. So for all the Americans out there, "real estate" means "royal estate", and a "real estate title" is a land description of the sort we described yesterday, like Sir Sagramore, it's just a made up name someone attached to your property while you weren't looking, without your permission, under the False Presumption that you are a British Subject.

Take in the view:

A sleazebag doctor does what he is told, mostly unaware of what his actions portend, and presto! By fraud and guile, you are changed into a British Subject rated as a "human", using a totally unconscionable citizenship contract called a "Registration".

Next, the British Crown has cheek enough to copyright your American Given Name and proposes to own you and your assets, based on copyrighting "you".

To "legalize" this, which means, "fictionalize" this, the Vermin issue a "Birth Certificate", the equivalent of a coat check, so you can, if you wise up, collect yourself from being "deposited" like a loose dollar in a bank account you don't know exists.

No wonder the Brits are the most unhealthy and among the most miserable people on Earth, and also no joke that they spread their misery around and share, share, share with everyone else, while believing that they've got the best system of governance ever dreamed of.

The British people, like the American people, seem unaware of just how miserable they are, how much alcohol they consume to get away from the nasty facts, and how difficult it really is just to live their lives. Having not figured out the source of their miasma they keep calm and muddle on. And make do. Always make do.

When Queen Victoria and Benjamin D'Israeli set up the British Raj scheme in India, it was quickly followed by Lord Pirbright's scheme to use Cecil Rhodes' British South Africa Company to rule the country of South Africa -- the first ever upfront example of overtly Corporatist Government in world history. Regrettably, not the last.

Corporate Feudalism is their current scheme for ruling the whole world, by placing it all under the control of British Banks and British Corporations -- a system of cradle-to-grave Nanny State Management to maximize profit while exercising complete monopoly interest.

All these schemes are built on fraud. They are all Stings, Con Games, Rackets, Bunko. Impersonation. "Privatization". Sneak Thief Exercises. Movies. Scripts. False Claims in Commerce. Identity theft.

The money frauds are so bad that people are like rats in a maze, pushing a lever to get a kernel of corn, and even the kernel of corn is fake.

Being unconscionable contracts, those birth registrations aren't worth the paper they are written on and never were; neither are all the resulting debts and obligations, the mortgages, the so-called property taxes, the addition of your land to the "National Trust" --- its all bogus, but they have gotten away with it for a long time, and they don't want to give it up.

They won't give it up until the eyes of the whole world are wide open and turned on them, and their complete, utter, disgusting self-service, hypocrisy, and breach of trust is glaringly evident --- not only to the British people and the Americans, but to everyone else on the planet, too.

The Americans saved the British Government's bacon through two (2) World Wars and countless mercenary scuffles and this is how the British Government has repaid us.

A snake in your bosom is too kind as an analogy, and it is a snake that has bitten absolutely everyone, family, friend, and foe alike. Apparently, it just bites to bite, and its gluttonous appetite has no end.

So taking a very large garden hoe to it is the only answer. Cut it up in pieces and let the sun go down on the British Empire. Let it rise no more forever. We will all be better off and so will the British people.

Years ago, we extracted the land belonging to our States of the Union from the Municipal United States and from the British Territorial United States and from the State Trusts. We took it all and rolled it into our unincorporated non-statutory American Common Law Trusts.

So all the grifters and grafters can just go home and give up on trying to pull off any schemes like the one we described yesterday --- trying to incorporate a bogus British Territorial "County" and front a claim against our house and land based on making up a street name and number and attaching it to the road easement running in front of our house.

They are doing the same thing all over America, Britain, France, Germany, anywhere they've been able to install a "Real Estate Title System". They are selling off their copyrighted description of your land and pretending their tiny dab of creativity -- their name and number for your house -- magically transfers the value of the house and land itself, not just the value of their name and number for the road easement in front of it, which by any practical count, is nil.

This is just another example of trying to expand their asset base by "legalizing" --- which means, "fictionalizing" ---everything. If they give a name and number description to a segment of public road easement, that's an asset they can copyright and sell. It's virtually worthless hot air, unless, of course, they can confuse people into thinking that their copyrighted description of a nearby road easement gives them a claim on a neighboring house.

If they can pull that schtick off, they stand to make a very tidy profit for almost no investment.

Let's demonstrate:

We are re-naming the utility easement in front of Buckingham Palace at 12 PM GMT tonight and hereby place the new name under our private international and worldwide copyright and seal: our name for the public utility easement in front of Buckingham Palace is "101 Fucking Pigs Palace", which is the actual honest meaning of "Buckingham" and what it used to be called, too. We wish to preserve the historic meaning and association of this place. This new prime piece of real estate interest is for sale to the highest bidder at public auction, time and location to be announced."

The entrapment, labeling, and substitution schemes aren't going to work anymore, because the Americans and a lot of other people woke up.

The Hired Jurists are now evaluating just how much their lives are worth, and who to blame, because just like the doctors and their part in the pandemic, the members of the Bar Associations and the Judges sitting snug in their corporate offices, while pretending to be in Public Offices, instead, have had their part in this.

This is not a movie. Not a drill. We won't be trying to rip your psyches apart with Hollywood Horror Story narratives eight hours long. But we will bring you the truth and it will set you free.

Generations of Americans have had their homes and lands illegally seized upon and illegally sold out from under them based on this same British Bunko.

The lawful possessions of Americans, including the value of their labor and their lives, have paid for British "Royal" Debt and British Crown Debt --- none of which we owed.

It's the same story, all around the world.

The $950T in "Life Force Value Annuities" collected by Prince Philip from the GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA three days before he retired from Public Life in 2017 could make a start paying for the miseries these people have caused us and the entire rest of the world, but they can never make up for the good faith lost, the breach of trust, and the lives they truncated, made miserable, maimed and sacrificed.

Richard Milhous Nixon v Thirteen Needed Actions

Richard M. Nixon is, of course, most famous for Watergate, a scandal that by today's standards is utterly trivial.

The overall depth of criminality has increased so exponentially since the early 1970's and our own social morality has been degraded to such an extent, that Nixon's trespasses would not elicit the flicker of an eyebrow now.

The literal fact that this is a true appraisal of our condition, and not merely the ranting of a curmudgeon bewailing the loss of an idealized past, is easily demonstrated.

We have proof that the Obummer Whitehouse bugged Donald Trump's Campaign Headquarters in 2016 and listened into every planning session, and we have done nothing whatsoever about it. It hasn't even been widely discussed.

It's a straight across the board replay of what the Nixon Whitehouse did, comparable in all respects, yet nobody is going to jail. Obama wasn't hounded out of the Whitehouse in disgrace. Everyone including Tucker Babcock looked the other way.

Oh, another Watergate.... that's too bland. Not exciting enough. Nobody wants to hear that story again, even with new players filling all the same roles. It's like a follow-up rendition of a Broadway play or classic movie. Besides, this time around, the villain is a Democrat.

The ineluctable truth that what was wrong in the past is still wrong today seems to have bypassed everyone, and especially what passes for the media.
No Carl Bernsteins, no Robert Woodwards now. Just smug, ugly little hussies blathering about nonsense, all blissfully unaware of anything approaching substance or meaning or, God forbid, morality, justice, or fair-play.

Those concepts have been lost to our detriment as a nation, and have been replaced with bang-bang computer games and a strange disconnectedness from reality. It doesn't occur to the denizens of this semi-imaginary world that what they do to others will come back to haunt them.

It's all just a game, until the inevitable payback smacks their noses into a concrete floor.

Still, when we look back, we need to admit even harder things. We need to admit that Nixon's Watergate adventures, bad as they were, were among the least of his sins -- sins that have come to fruition in the current day.

Let's examine the big three: (1) the Petrodollar; (2) the conversion of health care into a for-profit corporate venue; (3) state-sponsored Black Ops.

All these things and their predictable results have been visited upon us by one man without a conscience, one man without any common sense, Richard Millhous Nixon.

The Petrodollar has been an illegal and immoral two-sided commodity rigging scheme from the start, and the only thing special or different about it, is that it involved two commodities, crude oil and Federal Reserve Notes, not one.

The Arabs agreed to require everyone to pay for their oil in Federal Reserve Notes and to invest in US Treasury Bonds. Nixon agreed to buy all the crude oil they could send him with favorable price guarantees and promised not to develop American crude oil resources that would otherwise compete with oil supplies from the Middle East.

In this way, not just any commodity, but a vital commodity, one that people depend upon for heat, lights, and transportation, was ensnared in a commodity rigging scheme that favored the Arabs and the US Corp --- and nobody else.

The only other time in the history of the world that a "vital commodity" --- one needed to support life itself -- has been ensnared like this, is when salt supplies were monopolized by the Roman Empire.

There has been a long-standing though unspoken prohibition against hitting people where it hurts, and our monetary systems have accordingly focused on non-vital commodities, gold, silver, gems, and other baubles that nobody actually needs in order to live.

Nixon blew past that honorable prohibition without a second glance.

No, in Tricky Dick's sick and twisted little corporate mind, he had everyone by the cajones and he was going to make the most of it. Men like him, men with no conscience, no sense of morality, were delighted and right on board. They lapped up the insane profits like so many rabid dogs, and put gag orders on the media so that the American General Public would never really know what the "Petrodollar" was.

We endured five decades of listening to the media harping endlessly about "oil shortages" and hype designed to make us believe that oil supplies were limited and non-renewable resources. We were even told that oil was the fossilized residue of dinosaur blood, bone, and tissues.

And, of course, it was all tripe. Ripe tripe.

Nobody mentioned that the "oil shortage" referred to crude oil, which was needed by our refineries as the feedstock to make value-added products from oil -- motor oil, gasoline, jet fuel, naptha, benzene and other cyclic hydrocarbons, inorganic fertilizers, solvents, plastics....

Nobody told the American Public, which was living in fear of "oil shortages" that the whole time this media meme was playing: (1) we were among the top two exporters of refined oil products in the world; (2) that oil is -- and has always been known to be -- a naturally occurring (and renewing) inorganic mineral byproduct of the Earth's crust; and (3) we, Americans, are sitting on oil reserves that make the Saudi reserves look like their bathtub compared to our lake.

Even now, there are charlatans that consider Donald Trump a pariah for opening up American oil reserves to provide abundant and inexpensive oil products for Americans.

What a concept!

The point is that the Petrodollar hit everyone but the Middle East and the US Corporation below the belt. It forced all the other countries to give away their own national currencies in exchange for Federal Reserve Notes. Otherwise they had very limited means to buy oil, which they needed for heat, lights, and transportation--- things that both businesses and individuals need to survive-- at least until Tesla's vision of free energy comes online.

The whole world was put between a rock and a hard place by the Petrodollar and one of the most ruthless monopolies since the Roman monopoly on salt was used to bleed everyone dry.

Richard Nixon and his cronies considered this "good business". The Sheiks, for the most part, adopted the same attitude. Of all the oil-producing countries, only Libya and some of the very small members of the Emirates saw the windfall as a means for social and economic and environmental progress for their country and their people.

Diamond-studded Rolls-Royces and English countryside estates were more typical investments for the Sheiks than new hospitals, roads, schools, or even oilfield equipment. Other people would have to risk their money developing oil pumping capacity.

Eventually, faced with this selfishness and short-sightedness on the part of their own rulers, but prohibited by law and tradition from criticizing them, the common people of the Middle East turned their wrath on the "Americans"-- that is, the US Corporation and the oil companies that were investing in their oilfields.

Outraged youth not understanding any of the dynamics causing their impoverishment in the midst of plenty, imagined that this was a matter of religion instead of economics and bad personal morals -- and the Mullahs, perhaps as ignorant of such things as the youths, joined in the idea of a Holy War against the greedy infidels.

Richard Millhous Nixon and the men like him were pleased. They funded the Muslim insurrectionists and jihadists with glee. They hired men like Osama bin Laden and Yasir Arafat to stir the pot. They paid for acts of terrorism.

Why? Because it interrupted the supply of oil and jacked prices skyhigh. Because it gave them an excuse to roll in and take over entire countries and steal the oil outright.

These are not nice men. They have no conscience. They are criminals in good suits, who know how to shake hands and smile, while stabbing others in the back. And they are good at it, too.

Just remember Dubbya standing there looking like a schoolboy, ranting about "weapons of mass destruction" ----knowing for a fact that he knew there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq even as he was saying it.

Like Richard Millhous Nixon, Dubbya didn't give a damn. He didn't care about Iraq or the Iraqi people. He didn't even care about the Americans who would die and be poisoned during both Iraq I and II. All that man cared about was manipulating the oil market, and he actually thought he was doing the right thing for the country, too.

No conscience. No moral compass. No common sense. No clue what "good business" might actually mean. And that's the kind of men that both political parties have been producing and ensconcing as "Presidents" for the last sixteen decades.

Another one of Nixon's "gifts", besides the Petrodollar, was the privatization of the Health Sector industries in this country, converting non-profit hospitals into avaricious investment-mongering corporate capitalist behemoths, eager to collude with politicians and insurance executives to bilk the American Public sideways in the name of good health and science.

And that is what has inexorably led to the current genocide and the whole scandalous situation with WHO, INC., and the redefinition of "vaccines" allowing these monsters to spread disease and death for their own profit and coercive power.

No doctor or hospital ever made a profit off a healthy man, so their profit motive has been to create more disease, more pain, more injuries --- certainly not to cure anything, ever, which is precisely why, until Richard Nixon, our Health Care Sector was strictly non-profit.

All that changed thanks to Tricky Dick. One of Nixon's best friends and most avid campaign contributors was the head of Kaiser Permanente. This bosom buddy of Nixon's was slavering, champing at the bit, begging for Nixon to open up the Health Care Sector to "private investment".

By that he meant incorporate all the hospitals that received Federal funding as commercial corporation franchises of the US Corporation, so that they would have to do whatever Nixon and Pals dictated, and force the doctors to do whatever they wanted them to do, including dictating which drugs they could prescribe and what protocols they could follow.

And then, once that was accomplished, throw the doors wide open to "private investment" in these new hospital and care facility corporate franchises, so that a lot of private investors would be helping to foot the bill for this US Corporation takeover of the Health Care Sector of our economy.

Once all the private investors and investment funds were in it up to their necks, the whole set up would be set in cement and the US Corporation would have a permanent stranglehold on health care and health care services and every licensed health care provider in the whole country.

It would be a gold mine as Nixon realized, however, a gold mine that has predictably resulted in investing in things that cause chronic diseases--- for profit. The entire focus has shifted from health to disease over the course of five decades, and if anything, this process is picking up speed.

Let's take the example of a familiar childhood disease: Chickenpox.

Chickenpox in children is a virulent, obnoxious, non-fatal illness amounting to a couple days of fever and an itchy rash. If it is encountered later in life for the first time, it can have far more serious effects.

However and whenever Chickenpox enters our bodily system, it stays there, permanently. And whether we are vaccinated for it or not, it causes trouble for the rest of our lives.

Chickenpox not only causes the familiar childhood disease, it causes and/or exacerbates a host of chronic ailments including cold sores, psoriasis, eczema, degenerative disc disease, colitis, arthritis, shingles, and a variety of other more arcane problems associated with collagen collapse and dysfunction.

Chickenpox is a true "producer" for the Health Care Sector, which means that everyone must be vaccinated against Chickenpox. And nobody can be told that a simple supplement, L-Lysine, an essential amino acid, will restore balance to the collagen system and suppress the ill-effects of chickenpox.

So by making sure that everyone has chickenpox in their system via uniform vaccination programs, and simply suppressing knowledge of and access to the cure, the Health Industry rakes in billions upon billions of dollars of profit from a captive audience every single year.

It's the same way with the Great Cash Cow Cancer, which replaced Tuberculosis as the savior of modern medicine.

Cancer has been cured at least five (5) times and yet, we keep stumbling around trying to find our butts with both hands --- and will continue to do so, as long as we pour hundreds of billions of dollars into cancer research, cancer treatment, cancer therapies, and cancer medicines.

These hospitals, universities and research programs are lapping up the cream and have absolutely no motive to ever find a cure for cancer or any other disease. What they search for instead, is expensive palliative care-- patented drugs and therapies that "prolong life" and suppress symptoms, that is, partial solutions that allow them to milk the victims and their health insurance programs for a longer period of time.

This is why we spend ten times more on Health Care than any other country in the world and have more chronic disease than any other population.

We are funding our own misery and demise and creating a Disease Care System instead of a Health Care System, and it is all thanks to Richard Millhous Nixon, Kaiser Permanente, and the conversion of our non-profit Health Care Sector into an enfranchised for-profit nightmare.

Once again, no conscience. No common sense. No consideration for anyone or anything but the "bottom line". Men who are as predatory, mindless, and calculating as snakes striking at a wood chip. And they are the ones we have promoted, voted for, and put in control of our world because they make money no matter how they make it or at what cost.

It is long past time for all the rest of us to jerk awake and stop this idiocy. Liquidate the corporations responsible for this mess. Change the laws back to make the Health Care Sector non-profit again. Voluntarily end the Petrodollar monopoly. Develop our own oil to the extent that we need to and regain our once-ironclad international reputation for being Good Neighbors and reliable business partners.

The US Corporation has created a lot of wealth for a tiny percentage of people at the expense of all the rest. It has engaged in every unlawful activity there is. It has undermined and usurped against our lawful government. And the USA, Inc., the other large Municipal Corporation housed in the District of Columbia is no better.

Nixon weaponized both these huge corporations to engage in "Black Ops", assisted by dozens of "National Security" organizations and agencies, a move that was later institutionalized by following Administrations, and that has resulted in more crimes committed by the "government of the government" in this country than any government since the Nazi Fourth Reich.

Overturning other lawfully elected governments in other countries became as commonplace as "flipping houses" for profit. It's inevitable that the same Bad Boys would hit upon the idea of overturning our government as well, something that they have had in the works and been planning for some time.

The creation of a Mercenary Army which took place here during the fraudulent American Civil War combined with the ability to hire civilian experts and commandeer entire Agencies, has led to Black Ops of every possible kind. It has led to propaganda, mind control experiments, exponential increases in mental illness, drug addiction, alcohol addiction, debased moral standards, corrupt courts, corrupt police, laser cannons, and lawless cynicism on display on every street corner.

The whole political bureaucracy from stem to stern is rotten, top heavy, corrupt, and set to burn. The only possible source of hope, renewal, decency, and common sense must come from the people of this country, and not the hirelings who have so far misled, betrayed, and misrepresented us.

But, but, but, Anna, how can we do this?

1. We stand up the actual lawful government of this country -- a process we are already well started on. We call our State Assemblies into Session. We are guaranteed the right to do this, and the whole world knows that we are. As long as we keep our temper and do this in a peaceful and orderly manner, we can't be stopped.

2. We stand up our own traditional American Common Law Courts, which are courts of general jurisdiction, able to address any matter that comes before them.

3. We expose the nature of the problem. We call out the Pope, who technically owns every corporation on Earth, and we invoke the Ecclesiastical Law which all these corporations are subject to, and which clearly provides that corporations are allowed to exist and be organized for lawful purposes --- not merely legal purposes.

4. We liquidate the worst offenders -- Microsoft, Google, BBC, Pfizer, Bayer-Monsanto, Alphabet, Inc., SERCO, UN CORP, WHO, take your pick. Make examples of them so that the others get the idea and learn the words "lawful operations" again.

5. We roto-rooter the Patent Offices in the US, Germany, Japan, Italy, and France and revoke all the outrageous criminal patents that have been issued for evil inventions and processes. We prevent the criminals from legally profiting from their crimes.

6. We open up a completely new banking system for the world and open up the world economy, making modern banking services available to everyone everywhere. We return purloined credit and physical and material assets to the actual owners, the living people. We redefine the goals of the new economy and the old military industrial complex, both.

7. From now on, the only things we fight are the true enemies of mankind: poverty, ignorance, sloth, gluttony, avarice, falsehood, disease, pollution, selfishness, pride, recklessness, uncaring, deceit, false values, idolatry, and all the other things that make us sick, crippled, and miserable.

8. We willingly end the Petrodollar monopoly, realizing that monopolies are evil and consuming and unnatural -- especially monopolies that restrict access to vital commodities that people need in order to live. We resolve to never again restrict a vital commodity. We recoup our physical and material assets and our credit and use our resources to create a safe and reasonable means to transition out of the Petrodollar system.

9. We expose the British Territorial "Empire" and the Empire of the City (Rome) and the villains responsible for this madness, so that everyone can see how these crooked hypocrites have insinuated themselves and usurped upon people who hired them to provide specific services--people who were, and are, owed good faith service under contract. Let the world see for themselves how the Americans, Canadians, Aussies, all of Western Europe, and Japan have been used and abused by these criminals. Give them no choice but to make whatever amends they can, to all of us, and to their own people, too---or be recognized throughout the world as crooks that nobody wants to do business with. We note that the English, Irish, Scots, and Welsh have suffered longer from this scourge than everyone else and they have been helpless against it. So we close ranks and advance the cause of the living people over the profiteering of dead incorporated entities.

10. We outlaw political parties and political party elections in which party cronies select the candidates that we are then more-or-less forced to elect. We stand up our actual elections again and fill our Public Offices and consider the whole range of possible candidates. We realize that the corrupt political parties are the reason we can't get decent men and women to fill Public Offices.

11. We, the General Public, stop underwriting municipal and commercial corporations that are involved in criminal activities of any kind. This prohibition stands against corporations that engage in wars for profit, produce harmful drugs, suppress Natural Rights under color of law, securitize living flesh, or otherwise engage in activities that are self-evidently against the Public Interest and against the Public Good and which harm individual people.

12. We revitalize the Public School and University Systems and give all control over curriculum back to the local people and their governments, while providing them with ample incentives and support to compete against other educational and skill building systems worldwide. We adopt a "learning to learn" strategy, calculated to encourage and reward lifetime learning and improve analytic and problem-solving skills.

13. We encourage individual expression and protect individual rights, to provide a secure and loving environment in which people can excel and live their lives to the fullest and enjoy the fruits of their labor and creativity without interference, so long as they respect the equal rights of others and cause no harm.

These thirteen points, one for each original American State, cover 90% of what is currently wrong in our world, providing clear direction, identifying action items and goals, as well as describing -- in very simple terms -- the desired and logical results.

The Mechanics Fraud

Information provided to H.E. Cardinal Mamberti and the Vatican Chancery Court regarding our Claim March 6 2005, January 19 2023 in seq:

In this matter, the situation being described is specific to The United States and may not be systematically applied in the same way in all the various venues and countries that are similarly impacted by the euphemistically described "privatization" of government functions and the promotion of Corporate Feudalism as a replacement for Colonialism.

That said, we have no reason to suspect that the same or similar means are not being applied in other countries; we simply haven't investigated this part of the overall fraud on an international basis.

So then, in The United States, we have been able to determine that the Municipal Corporations providing the Federal Government functions have very little granted enforcement power within the States of the Union, and this remains true despite their substitution of their own franchise operations as "State of State" businesses.

Federal regulatory powers are limited to the interstate manufacture, sale, and transportation of alcohol, tobacco and firearms and to the interstate commerce clause found in each of the Federal Constitutions.

We will note that the "firearms" being referenced are not rifles, shotguns or pistols --- the firearms under Federal regulatory authority are larger than 50 mm artillery, mortars, and similar weapons more often thought of today as military grade weapons.

We shall also find that "interstate" requires crossing physical borders and that "commerce" means business conducted between two incorporated entities, and that the intent of the interstate commerce clause itself is to prevent obstruction of commerce between the States and is not intended to provide restrictions on commerce.

That leaves the Federal Government very little in terms of applicable enforcement power in the States of the Union, but over the years various and nefarious means have been employed to evade these lawful limitations.

We have already described the process by which Americans are mischaracterized as British Territorial Persons, and how those Persons are "lost at sea", declared "legally dead" -- and how their estates are then processed into Municipal Corporation franchises operated under the victim's names, expressed in all capital letters.

A somewhat similar process of misrepresentation and mischaracterization via impersonation is employed to provide illicit enforcement powers.

Let us also note that as part of the unlawful conversion process, American Common Law has been replaced sequentially with Military/Admiralty Law (addressing the British Territorial U.S. Citizens) and then with Municipal Maritime-- that is, Commercial Law, addressing the Municipal citizens of the United States.


Also before we begin to discuss the mechanics, let's observe that there are two kinds of foreign citizenry employed by the two Municipal Corporations operating from their home base in the District of Columbia --- British Territorial U.S. Citizens, and Municipal citizens of the United States, and please note that the Municipal citizens of the United States may be alive (Postal Clerks, for example) or dead -- as in the case of Municipal Corporation franchises, corporations, estates, and even public transmitting utilities named after living people.

The existence of these different kinds of citizenry operating in different capacities requires two different avenues for prosecution and two different forms of law.

In our direct observation for over twenty years, when a Municipal citizen of the United States is named as a defendant in either a civil or criminal case, the name of the defendant appears in all capital letters, like this: ROBERT ALBERT MURRAY, and they are tried under commercial law.

When a British Territorial U.S. Citizen is addressed as a defendant in a civil or criminal case, their name appears in Upper and Lower Case like this: "John Thomas Anderson", and they are tried under military law.

The Municipal citizens of the United States continue to be prosecuted generally under the presumptions provided by the Fourteenth Amendment to the Corporate Constitution foisted on us by the Scottish Commercial Corporation doing business as "The United States of America" ---Incorporated, in 1868.

These Municipal DEFENDANTS are deemed to be guilty until proven innocent and thus are pre-judged to be criminals awaiting sentencing at the discretion of the judge. The indictments against THEM may derive from any Federal Code or Title, but the enforcement always comes under Title 27 of the British Territorial Federal Code, which additionally declares in 27 CFR 72.11, that all crimes are commercial crimes.

Title 27 gives armed enforcement power to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, in pursuit of its regulatory power over the interstate manufacture, transportation or sale of alcohol, tobacco, and firearms.

All Municipal DEFENDANTS may be indicted under any Title, but the enforcement is always under Title 27.

Thus, famously, DONALD J. TRUMP is indicted under Title 18, but the enforcement for this action comes under Title 27--- specifically under 27 CFR 72.11, because this is a criminal indictment.

Enforcement will be under the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.

Similarly, British Territorial U.S. Citizen Defendants may be indicted under any Title, but the enforcement comes under Title 50. If the Defendant named was "Donald J. Trump" we would be looking at enforcement under the Trading With the Enemy Act (civil indictments) or under the Military Code of Justice -- Admiralty Law (criminal indictments).

So indictments may come from any Title, but enforcement in the States is extremely limited and available under only two Titles of Federal Code.

It may have occurred to someone to ask --- how are all these crimes and civil issues attached to and enforced under just two extremely limited federal regulatory powers?

They lie.

The Internal Revenue Service/IRS keeps a coded Masterfile dossier on every American from birth to death. They develop a constant and false narrative about each and every American, which involves that American in some activity that is regulated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.

Thus, a man who is actually a professional car mechanic living in Michigan may be mischaracterized as an international arms dealer selling guns in Malaysia.

A housewife who has lived all her life in a small town in Minnesota may be mischaracterized as a manager of a wine export business in Tangiers.

The Internal Revenue Service/IRS creates these false dossiers for two reasons --- (1) so that they can borrow the armed enforcement powers of their sister agency, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, and (2) so that they can use these foreign offshore identities for money laundering receipts from so-called Black Ops --- arms sales, drug production, human trafficking, etc., -- and Municipal Corporation tax evasion purposes.

When the Internal Revenue Service (Territorial) or IRS (Municipal) wants to "bust" someone for tax evasion, they take their False Narrative dossiers to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the BATF takes over enforcement, marshals the equipment, provides pocket commissions and deputizes the IRS employees --- and shares their armed enforcement powers with the IRS based on the IRS's own false narrative connecting the targeted "taxpayer" to activities regulated by BATF.

It's simple, effective, in-house and everyone's back is covered, except, of course, for the hapless victim of all this institutionalized fraud and deceit, who stands in the docket entirely confused and unable to defend themselves from the onslaught of venom they receive.

How could they defend themselves, when they have no clue that they are being accused of selling arms in Venezuela and not paying the Federal Income Taxes on their earnings from that regulated activity?

Molly from Minnesota is going to stand there like a deer in the headlights and the Judge is going to read the dossier from the IRS just like the BATF reads it, and he is going to conclude that Molly is guilty as charged, and he is going to confiscate her home and send her to federal prison for tax evasion -- even though Molly hasn't stepped foot in Tangiers and doesn't have any Federal income to tax.

Totally innocent people are suffering these outrages every single day in this country and it is all the fault of the privately owned for-profit Municipal Corporations and their personnel operating these criminal fraud schemes based on impersonation of the victims as foreign PERSONS, false dossiers provided by the Internal Revenue Service/IRS, improper enforcement provided by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms/BATF, and corrupt court officers.

The same basic scheme is practiced against the purported British Territorial Warrant Officers in the British Merchant Marine Service acting as Taxpayers for the King and being charged under TItle 50. This is more rare and more serious as it is tried under more draconian law allowing enforcement under military auspices, so that enforcement is more violent and severe. If possible, this second option-- which is what comes after the first option, the Municipal COURT, has failed --- is even more phony.

In this secondary scenario, the American victim is mischaracterized as a non-commissioned Warrant Officer in the British Territorial Merchant Marine Service accused of failing to report taxes collected for the the King in civil cases, or, alternatively, as a foreign officer at war with the British Territorial Government and engaged in piracy or privateering against the British Monarch in criminal cases. These cases are tried before a court sitting as a military tribunal and the punishments meted out for even minor infractions are very severe.

These prosecutions more commonly involve men who are business owners or ranch owners who have successfully rebuffed the attempts of the Municipal IRS to entrap them, and who are unprepared to further rebut the second wave of false charges and impersonations misaddressed to them.

This basic fraud at the heart of the administration and finances of the Municipal Corporations and their operations in this country has resulted in the proliferation of criminality throughout the government services sector of the economy and at every level of administration.

There are now an estimated 25 million government employees working for the Municipal Corporations housed in the District of Columbia and their franchise operations at the State-of-State and County levels and over 50,000 such purported "government" agencies and franchises overall (there should be less than 5,000 such entities) --- and they are all engaged in some form of racketeering, extortion, or other form of financial or behavioral coercion against the General Public and against the Public Interest.

The first Big Lies told against American babies in their cradle are followed up with more Big Lies compiled by the Internal Revenue Service/IRS as phony dossiers, and soon, we have fake dossiers being used to discredit Presidential candidates, too. We have Michael Hayden, former CIA Director, bragging about how everything is a lie and how lying is an essential skill and part of government function, etc., and this is trickling down to training programs teaching recruits "How to Lie" provided in State Trooper Academies nationwide.

We wish for all this fraudulent nonsense to stop and be unwound with alacrity and determination by those responsible for it.

We wish for the collapse and liquidation of approximately 40,000 unnecessary and contractually non-consensual corporate "government entities" and the forfeiture of at least 6200-plus County "government" franchises, 100 State-of-State franchises, and approximately 100 Territorial and Municipal Corporations that are essential for our military defense.

We wish for government and government services at all levels to be drastically and permanently reduced and pared down to provide those "essential government services" we contractually agreed to receive, in the way we agreed to receive them, and very little else.

We wish for the bulk of government employees to be sent home and for them to be re-employed in actual productive jobs.

We wish for the members of the Territorial and Municipal Congresses to observe the limitations of their positions and spending authorities, and otherwise seek to maintain stability in the midst of change and prepare to stand down from extra assumed duties once the Public Office elections are held for the Continental Congress and the American Federal Republic Congress.

We wish for honesty, simplicity, and accountability from any government that serves us.

This part of our presentation discusses the mechanics of one central source of criminality and institutionalized fraud embedded within the administration of the Municipal Corporations that are supposed to be here providing "essential government services". This discussion does not suggest that this is the only source of corruption.

Stopping these improper activities and overreaching of enforcement authorities and overall closing down the mindless proliferation of "government" franchises, agencies, and NGO contractors, will be a giant step toward compliance with our treaties and service contracts, reducing government expenditures, and re-introducing truth as a concept that all government services subcontractors need to honor.
