NASA’s Perseverance rover has found evidence of an ancient, now-dry river on Mars.
Scientists believe the river was once one of many that fed into a lake in the now-dry Jezero Crater on the planet’s northern hemisphere.

Space junk is dangerous and not just in orbit. The more people around planets and celestial bodies the more garbage will accumulate and pose a danger those traveling and working in space. Therefore, we need to find practical and social ways to deal with that debris and responsibly deal with the threat our actions pose to each other. In space cause and effect can be separated by months or years.

The same historical factors that caused the American gun culture will be present in space. Everything in space is dangerous and can be weaponized including your ship. Personal defense is a basic human right and will be even more important when expanding into the galaxy.
