Patel co-founded The Daily Caller with Tucker Carlson. They later founded The Daily Caller News Foundation, which offers extensive investigative reports and training for journalists. Before launching The Daily Caller, Patel worked in the White House as chief policy adviser to Vice President Dick Cheney.
