Equity hiring signals the demise of a resourceful, responsible, moral society.
If you hire someone based on their religion or race regardless of whether their skills and acumen meet the criteria you have for the job you’re having them step into, you’re signing your own business’s death sentence.
Long ago, certain laws were passed that forbade discrimination in the workplace. This meant you had to be an “equal opportunity employer,” or there’d be hell to pay. These laws were sound. People of ANY color or creed could be considered for a position in a company, based on their MERIT. In short, a white person being chosen over a black or Hispanic person (or vice-versa), had to be a better qualified applicant for the job being offered. This practice is called, meritocracy.
There was nothing to challenge, in terms of hiring for the government, entertainment industry, or any other field of endeavor, for that matter. Some southernmost states have been slow to catch up with this concept, but overall, bias and racism have virtually vanished from America’s employment and professional advancement criteria.
That is, until we got a puppet foisted upon us, who’s as senile and fossilized an excuse for a US President, as anyone could ever have imagined would be sitting in the Oval office, much less, making horrific policies that are destroying the nation he’s sworn to protect!
There are myriad injustices and unconstitutional allowances the Biden-time admin has made in the name of ‘The Green New Deal,’ yet, his “Build Back Better” slogan has made nothing better ANYWHERE in the US, and has surely weakened our position with foreign governments to where they have no respect left for our once mighty nation.
How could they?? We have homosexuals, transgendered, prejudiced, incompetent, ineffectual people bestowed with the responsibility of running various departments in charge of our infrastructure, and they’re failing miserably at EVERYTHING, except being the defective, irresponsible, unskilled humans that they are, who care NOTHING about rising to their excellence and EARNING the job title they’ve been ‘gifted.’
Sadly, the dismal failures in these folks is not their fault. They were obviously NOT parented correctly, and have developed no sense of pride in their abilities or performance of various tasks they were hired to do (take Kamala Harris, for example).
I am grateful my dad instilled in me the strong desire to rise to my excellence. It MATTERS to me that I do a good job in every real of my life. I am not perfectionistic, but I am proud of myself and how well I perform various tasks~ whether it’s my professional acumen that’s involved, or not.
I guess if I believed I’d be hired solely on the color of my skin or how young or pretty I looked, I wouldn’t have had to develop any skills, character, ethics or even a decent personality, when I entered the job force in my early 20’s.
And this my friends, is what’s painfully ABSENT in Joe Biden’s Clown World administration, today

Everybody's looking for The Magic Formula that's gonna make em "happy." It's crucial to look very deeply into why you've NOT been happy, before you start tampering with your body, to try and change that emotional condition!
Transgendered people I've personally known, have NEVER been happy. They grew up feeling neglected and unloved. Their parents weren't balanced or emotionally healthy and sound. They never felt good enough, due to neglect and/or abuse.
Some of these people have experimented with elicit drugs, a plethora of body piercings and tattoos, various aberrant sexual preferences and practices, and even having a baby~ thinking, "if all else has failed to give me a sense of inner peace, contentment and joy, maybe THIS will get the job done!" It never does.
Maybe the issue of discontent or unhappiness isn't about feeling you were born into the "wrong body" for 85% of people who are convinced they need sexual reassignment surgery. Perhaps it's driven more by the feeling of Not Belonging within their family of origin.
If your parents are severely impaired emotionally with personality disorder traits and can't give you what you need in terms of time, warmth, affection and care, aren't you gonna feel determined to alter yourself in whatever way you CAN, to see if it's possible to elevate your sense of lovability~ EVEN if it's to try and change yourself from a boy into a girl, or a girl into a boy (that is, if nothing else you've tried has worked to correct this situation)??
In short, won't you do just about ANYTHING to get the attention you've been needing and craving since you were a newborn from a mother who's so busy running around pursuing a career and taking care of everyone else in their life, they forget their own child has acute needs as well?
The most tragic mistake far too many parents make, is they give the lion's share of their attention and time to the job that PAYS em the most~ and their children suffer terribly from neglect.
Having spent nearly half a lifetime in the beauty business, I can tell you first hand, how often women wanna spontaneously change their hair style and/or color, when the rest of their life feels out of control, or they're feeling flat or empty. Honestly, it's uncanny!
Hair always grows back, right? So even if a radical change in this regard provides temporary respite from inner malaise, it's like a "fresh start" or a system reboot, if you will. But the relief they get from the novelty of this outer change is fleeting~ and they're always glad their impulsive choice isn't likely to have dire consequences that last more than a few months.
My point is, we MUST proceed with great caution and rationality when it comes to radical alterations someone who LACKS adult emotional development wants to institute! It's every human's prerogative to change their mind~ but body parts don't "grow back" like hair does, and SOMEBODY has to be in charge of making decisions for children until they've outgrown childhood and adolescence, and can make well-informed and wise decisions for themselves. Amen
