I implore you to support SB 426, which will explicitly ban any "requirements, instructions, mandates, recommendations, or guidance" of the UN, WHO, and WEF from being enforced in Oklahoma.

The UN, WHO, and WEF are unconstitutional agencies, having no legal basis under the U.S. Constitution. Their actions also have violated the Constitution, including their promotion of various forms of COVID tyranny.

I urge you to follow your oath and push back against the UN, WHO, and WEF by supporting and enacting SB 426.

I urge you to support and enact legislation that enforces the U.S. Constitution by nullifying unconstitutional federal laws and edicts.

The U.S. Constitution gives us the legal basis for allowing states to nullify and counter unconstitutional federal actions. Specifically, Article VI justifies -- and even requires -- us to reject unconstitutional laws. It states: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof … shall be the supreme Law of the Land.”

As the Constitution clearly states, it is the supreme law of the land, so any laws that contradict it in any way -- including federal laws -- cannot be enforced. You have the duty and authority to nullify -- all that's needed is for you to be bold and courageous in doing so.

Thus, please support legislation that enforces the U.S. Constitution by nullifying unconstitutional federal laws and edicts.
