Please reference my Article about The Informer published yesterday and the example where he was wondering about the difference between the "States of the United States" referenced in Title 26 (the Income Tax Code) and "States of the Union".

Here, thanks to a Fellow Researcher, is the exact regulation confirming and admitting that "State" as defined in the IRS Code was a "State of the United States" and not a "State of the Union":

§ 31.3121(e)-1 State, United States, and citizen.
(a) When used in the regulations in this subpart, the term “State” includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Territories of Alaska and Hawaii before their admission as States, and (when used with respect to services performed after 1960) Guam and American Samoa.

(b) When used in the regulations in this subpart, the term “United States”, when used in a geographical sense, means the several states (including the Territories of Alaska and Hawaii before their admission as States), the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. When used in the regulations in this subpart with respect to services performed after 1960, the term “United States” also includes Guam and American Samoa when the term is used in a geographical sense. The term “citizen of the United States” includes a citizen of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, and, effective January 1, 1961, a citizen of Guam or American Samoa.

Now you have all the proof, reasoning, and evidence needed to establish exactly what is meant by "States of the United States" (Territorial "Confederate" States) versus "States of the Union" (National States).

For the purposes of the Federal Government, they have cozily defined their network of Territorial State-of-State organizations, which are called "Confederate States" as "States of the United States" as opposed to our "States of the Union".

You can now see the pattern of the deceit: actual States (as we think of them) are States of the Union and belong to the Federation of States.

Business organizations doing work for the States are called States of States, like the State of Illinois, or, more generally, Confederate States, which are members of a Confederation (sometimes called "Confederacy").

The actual States, then, are States of the Union, while the Confederate "States" (of States) are States of the United States.

Thus, there are now fifty (50) American States of the Union, and fifty-seven (57) "States of the United States" which we would normally think of as businesses like "the State of Florida" plus the similar administrative "States" of the U.S. Territories and Possessions.

Calling a "State of State" business a "Confederate State" and then shortening that to "State" has been a potent source of confusion for the last 160 years.

It has ultimately led to the idea that a Territorial-level collection of such incorporated State-of-State businesses could function as and be confused with actual physically-defined States, so that the "States of the United States" could be confused with and used to replace the States of the Union.

More British Bunko on steroids.

This is what Mr. Obama was referring to in his famous speech in which he talked about our glorious 57 "States" and everyone perked up their ears and wondered -- 57 States?

He was talking about the "States of the United States" not the States of the Union, and if you take the time you can easily count the seven (7) U.S. Territories and Possessions and add them to the fifty (50) British Territorial State-of-State businesses that have been replacing our American State-of-State businesses on an "emergency basis" since the end of the so-called American Civil War.

In this example, statutory laws and Acts of Legislation purportedly addressed to the "States of the United States" and the foreign citizenry thereof, have been deliberately and deceitfully misapplied to average Americans living in the States of the Union instead.

Both the Municipal IRS and the Internal Revenue Service and all the various Bar Association Members acting as their running dogs, are nothing but British Territorial Privateers engaged in strong arm racketeering under color of law.

Our British and Papist Subcontractors may indeed have the right to tax themselves and their people may choose to act as incorporated persons, and may impersonate themselves as they please, may engage in the foreign and repugnant practices of indentured servitude and slavery, may organize their business operations as they see fit within the confines of their Constitutional limitations --- but they are not allowed to substitute their government or their corporations for our government, and they are not allowed to misaddress or misrepresent or impersonate our people, not allowed to latch onto our assets under False Pretenses, and are not granted any "power" to say one word about our health, our wealth, or our will, are not authorized to declare war or practice mercenary "war" in our names, and have no right to commandeer and use our Title IV Flag or any representation of our flag for purposes of undeclared, mercenary, or otherwise illegal warfare, privateering, or racketeering of any kind, either overtly or under color of law.

We call for an end to this deceit and usurpation by foreign business interests and particularly by the British Monarchs, the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, the respective Popes, and the Governments of Great Britain, Westminster, Vatican City and the City of Rome.

It is high time for the entire world to recognize the criminal and deceitful nature of these corporations substituted as governments and also to recognize the role of these Principals and their misuse of "Territorial" entities as instruments to create and enforce a form of repugnant continued colonialism that has been illegally, unlawfully, and immorally applied to The United States, the former Commonwealth, seventeen occupied nations in Western Europe, Japan, and numerous countries in the Middle East and Africa.

We have, in effect, all been suffering under a form of the same malady that wrecked South Africa and India --- a Territorial "Raj" imposed by use of mercenary forces, administered by foreign corporations --- and secretively forced down the throats of the living people and actual owners via constructive fraud and illegal undisclosed, coerced, and unconscionable contracts promoted by members of the corporate bureaucracy and Bar Associations under color of law.

We call upon every country on Earth to "Just say, "No!" and mean it. Every member of our military paid for on our credit, every politician entered into any office associated with us and with our actual government or employed under any Constitutional contract, is hereby fully informed and made liable for this circumstance and these misrepresentations.

They are also made liable for the return of our assets, our credit, and our control of our own facilities and institutions and made responsible for observing the "strictly limited" nature and functions of Maritime Commerce and Admiralty and Administrative Courts in this country.

Members of the Bar Associations are made liable for their complicity in administering, profiting from, and colluding in the impersonation of Americans as British Territorial U.S. Citizens and/or Papist Municipal citizens of the United States.

The British Territorial Maritime Commerce Courts (functioning as UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS and STATE OF STATE COURTS) have been deliberately misaddressing Americans as "citizens of the United States", while British Territorial Admiralty Courts (functioning as United States District Courts and State of State Courts) have been misaddressing Americans as British Territorial U.S. Citizens. This has led to personage and barratry on a scale that is unimaginable, all executed under color of law.

The same evils have been visited by Britain and Rome on all the other nations that have been similarly defrauded, misled, and mistreated.

These crimes of personage and barratry must stop and the illegal impoundment of living people mischaracterized as "cargo" and the illegal confiscation of their property interests and physical assets under a fusillade of deliberately constructed and falsified Legal Presumptions and equally non-existent or invalidated contracts must also stop.

Unless every member of the Bar Associations worldwide wants to be dispatched and their "temple" in the Inner City of London vaporized as if it never existed, reason should compel their immediate and permanent cessation of these practices, presumptions, and misapplications of so-called "Equity Law".

The Equity in this case, is ours, not the British Monarch's.

We, the actual living people, have had enough of the Bar Associations' practice of personage and barratry, enough of their King's mindless greed and duplicity, enough of the Popes playing patty-cake and profiting from these crimes, enough of the Lord Mayor and his Merry Men, enough of the misdirection of our military and police forces as unknowing mercenaries, enough, enough, enough.

These so-called "corporate governments" backed up by a purloined Raj, need to be liquidated worldwide and all the assets returned to those to whom these assets belong with no further pretenses, registrations, enrollments, or other misrepresentations used as a means to induce peonage, promote enslavement, and defraud people of what is naturally and rightfully theirs.

The securitization of living flesh via the venal pretenses of personage must stop.

The bid of the UN CORPORATION to rule the world using WHO and "public health" as an excuse for the continuance of these evils must also come to an end. There is no excuse for it and nobody is going to tolerate it.

These mechanizations and crimes are done for.

There is only the specific and urgent demand that these practices, presumptions, and "cozy arrangements" come to an end, and that the purloined property be returned, and that amends be made, without further obfuscation, legal pretenses, or delays.

The so-called Global Collateral Accounts were amassed from private fortunes and must be returned to the actual owners and trustees.

Nobody including the U.S. Army, the Bank for International Settlements, the Swiss Union, U.S. Department of the Treasury, IMF, Federal Reserve, any and all "Federal" Agencies -- none of you have any right to breach the trusts and agreements to which you are bound.

To evade your obligations is merely to act as criminals.

International Public Notice: Sodomy as a "Tradition"

It may have escaped the notice of our dumbed down and desperate population-at-large, but the Romans borrowed virtually all the culture they ever had from the Greeks, and unfortunately, the Ancient Greeks, especially the Spartans, who the Romans most admired, practiced institutionalized sodomy.

The Romans followed suit as they did in most things Greco-Roman, and soon, the Roman Legions were engaging in the "rites" which paired young acolytes with experienced masters in the military.

Thus, sodomy became a tradition in both the Greek and Roman military and generations of people throughout the Middle East practiced sodomy. It has remained a feature of military forces to a greater or lesser extent ever since.

The most common form of rape in the military does not involve men and women.

The American Military has been impacted by this, too, with many World War I and World War II veterans returning home as either bisexuals or dedicated homosexuals.

Nobody ever talks about this. We try to ignore it, gloss it over, look the other way. The Academics who know about it, shove it under the dusty rug as "history" and fail to enlighten the rest of us.

Nonetheless, there it is, and that's where it came from: the Ancient Greeks and Romans.

The Greeks, for their part, got this "tradition" from the Babylonians, who got it from their own peculiar sex-as-sacrament religion.

Sparta, the most famous practitioner among the Greeks, formalized this tradition of military sodomy by overtly pairing young boys with specific captains for their "initiation" and "training".

Rome did the same.

Sodomy and slavery went hand-in-hand in Roman society outside the military as another result; once a Roman returned home from his obligatory service to Rome, the habits of the military remained ingrained and many of Rome's most illustrious statesmen and senior politicians owned multiple "puer delicata" boy slaves used as sexual toys.

Much to the frustration of their wives.

In this way, the Roman family structure was degraded and the Patrician class, especially, was worn down by sex-based intrigues.

You get some echoes of all this from Homer and from the Roman poets and even some PBS offerings like "I, Claudius", but a more blatant and flat-footed discussion of this is needed to get the impact across to the American Public.

This Big Push to normalize sodomy is coming from Europe and from largely military sources. It's not sourced in New York or Las Vegas. It's coming from Hamburg and Vienna and Paris and Bern.

And it's coming directly from the military.

That may seem counter-intuitive, as everyone knows the Nazis were badasses on the battlefield (so were the Ancient Spartans) and that seems to run counter to the frivolity of men prancing around half-naked with rainbow colored hair shouting Liberal slogans --but you must know what you are dealing with.

The Romans admired the Greeks, and the Nazis admired the Romans. So the Nazis aped the Romans like the Romans aped the Greeks and as the Greeks aped the Babylonians.

Monkey see, monkey do.

On top of all their other odd beliefs that seem at complete odds with their dictum, "Kirche, Kinder, Kuche" applied to their wives, the Nazis practiced sodomy in the ranks and thought nothing of it.

Just like the boys at prestigious British private schools (perversely called "public schools" in Britain) and Universities indulge in every kind of sex imaginable and are often involved in homosexual liaisons by the age of eleven.

This focus on sex-sex-and-more-sex comes direct to us from Ancient Babylon, through Greece, through Rome, through Britain, through Germany--- and it lives and breathes and gains ground because it is rife and "traditional" in the European Military, not because of quiet middle-aged homos living together in Somerset or because of Flamers like Liberace parading around.

As a result of NATO and UN "Peacekeeping" Forces and other occasions requiring hobnobbing between American (U.S.) and European military forces for years on end, there has been explosive growth of sodomy in our own military, which inevitably comes home to the dinner table in places like Gatsville, Nebraska.

It festers. It causes guilt in some and rage in others. It gives rise to crimes of violence against women and children, scandals that tear families apart, declining birth rates, alcoholism, broken families and broken hearts.

Sodomy does not deserve to be "taught" or justified as a military tradition, but we can't escape the fact that it has been and still is. We have to recognize that it's not coming to us from a "bunch of liberal faggots" who stumbled on anal sex in a college dorm room.

It's coming straight to us from Babylon and by a route that most people would never suspect -- our own military; and, it continues to create social and psychological upheaval long after military service ends.

We tend to assume that the terrors and misery and PTSD so many veterans suffer is uniquely the result of experiences on the battlefield, but the memory of being gang-raped by other soldiers is even more traumatic for many.

Unlike talking about a battle or even having to kill someone in particular, a shroud of silence hangs over all of this. It's not only too painful, it's too shameful to talk about. So the victims suffer in silence and rage that cannot be expressed, or by some homemade, limping forward, come to terms with it, and though injured, move on.

Why do men talk to me about things like this, when they wouldn't tell their best friend, their wives, or their mothers? They come to me for help and healing. They let all the ugly things come out and roll around like so many little demons released from jail.

Sometimes they just walk up to me and fall into my arms and weep. I am left standing there in a Walgreens parking lot with a sobbing stranger who is crying so hard he can't even say his name.

I hold their hands, and tell them that in the great realm of Heaven, it's all known and accounted for. They don't suffer alone. Indeed, we all suffer with them, because they are a part of us, and they have been harmed physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually by military service.

Sadly, broken as they are, they too often come home and harm others, or harm themselves, or "fail to adjust" or as a young friend did just last year, hang themselves in the garage once they get back home.

We've got to wake up and we've got to say, "No!".

These men and now, women, are being ritualistically abused in the name of military discipline. If they are not physically raped, as many are, they are nonetheless reduced and compromised and battered and brain-washed beyond belief.

We cannot stand around and let the Perpetrators of these "traditions" continue. They cannot be allowed to fill the senior ranks of our military by a process of secret love relationships and blackmail.

Babylon fell, Greece fell, Rome fell, Nazi Germany fell, Britain is falling --- and if we don't face reality, America will fall, too.

Ancient Sparta fell first to a slave rebellion; the warriors were away fighting, and the slaves just took over and raped the wives and retrained the children. The final death blow was struck when the Visigoths arrived and did the same to the slaves.

Sparta, that once-proud and independent city, that stood virtually alone against the vastness of the Persian Empire, was reduced to flames and left vacant, its pale stones like half-buried bones in the clay, trampled on by fur-clad, club-carrying Visigoths.

All (military) glory is fleeting.

The glory of love, of righteous action, of compassion, of wisdom, of courage, these victories of the heart are what remain.

We ask for every man and woman now alive to examine their hearts and engage their minds, to admit their full experience in life, to grapple with their demons, and to emerge victorious.

We've told bitter truths here today, and bitter they remain; still, we cannot solve a problem we cannot see, or salve a wound if we don't know it exists.

The practice of sodomy as a "military tradition" has to end. We must free our soldiers from it, and free ourselves of the cultural consequences, too.

Most of all, we have to stop thinking that this sudden "Rainbow Revolution" is a result of liberalism or a matter of personal choice in the bedroom.

This is the predictable and known result of an evil practice of institutionalized sodomy in military circles; it is designed to embarrass and subjugate and compromise individuals on a lifetime basis. And it has to be stopped, once and for all.

They, the British Territorial U.S. and what we believed to be "our" military, have been operating as Mercenaries, unknown to us, ever since the Civil War Conflict.

When they "won" the Second World War, we and other innocent people had to pay for rebuilding all the destruction they caused throughout the world. And they got the Bretton Woods contract.

Their private military scrip would be the so-called "World Reserve Currency" and they would provide "security" for the entire world.

What the "reserve currency status" involved was that everyone had to buy US Dollars in order to buy anything else, including essential commodities like rice and fuel oil.

So the French had to exchange their francs for USD and the Germans had to exchange their DM's -- and take the loss, and all the other countries were similarly forced to give up large supplies of their own national currencies -- before they could buy things like gasoline and rice and sow bellies.

It was a reprise of the Greenbacks bait and switch.

Give up your gold (or British Pounds Sterling or Kroner or whatever money of substance you might have) and exchange it for US asset credit, which you could then use to buy actual commodities.

It wasn't good enough for them to purloin our credit for their own use, they had to share our credit out with the rest of the world and let everyone else use it, too --- for a price.

It was the ultimate commodity rigging and monopolization scheme, set up by the so-called Central Banks, which are designed for this purpose.

That's how we wound up paying for 950 military bases all over the planet.

That's how we still pay all but four percent (4%) of all defense costs for Western Europe, Japan, and the Commonwealth and much of the Middle East --- and let's not forget Britain, which went running to BRICs and is busy ingratiating itself with China and Russia, and blaming us, "the Americans" after letting its own standing military decay to 55,000.

Make no mistake, Britain engineered all the wars for profit and stiffed us with the cost every time, and now, having used us as their storefronts, they are blaming us for their own grotesque war profiteering and reckless violence and theft and criminality.

And lies.

Let everyone remember the video footage of George Herbert Walker Bush, Generals Schwarzkopf and Powell, and Henry Kissinger being knighted by Queen Elizabeth II and put together 2 + 2, and what do you get?

Where do you think "Q" got its name from?

Why do you think JFK's Memorial is encircled by a driveway in the shape of a Q that you can see from space, if the Queen's Secret Service didn't kill him?

Who do you think is working against us now? And always?

Who were we fighting in The War of Independence?

The War of 1812?

And on the Home Front ever since?

Who was Abraham Lincoln working for?

Why was he "President" of the United States of America, Incorporated, a British Crown Corporation?

Why is the British Territorial "Congress" that acts as a Board of Directors for the self-same corporation voting to spend $61 Billion dollars worth of our credit, on a failed proxy war in the Ukraine?

And dancing around like imbeciles waving our abused Title IV Flag as they do this?

That flag was allocated to our British Territorial Subcontractors when and if they were exercising our delegated powers in time of war, but there has been no actual war, just bloody mercenary conflict after mercenary conflict after mercenary conflict.

So they have abused our flag under color of war, just as they have abused us under color of law.

Now, Putin is doing unto them what they have been doing to Russia and the rest of the world and they are amazed. How can this be?

The Central Banks can read the tea leaves and they are changing horses, after they rode us into the dirt.

It's simple enough. The Military Geniuses let SERCO, a British Municipal Corporation, function as their Paymaster.

They let their most bitter enemy hold their purse-strings.

Now their erstwhile business partners, the Central Banks, are on the run, passing off our money, which isn't theirs to begin with, as payola to Putin.

Someone always pays, and in this case, it's us, again.

Those banks don't have any money -- actual assets or credit either one, that is their own.

As MEP Godfrey Bloom so succinctly and elegantly explained, all the banks are broke by nature, by design, through the practice of fractional reserve banking. They own neither the assets being traded nor the credit, yet they have contrived to use other people's money and credit to pay their own bills, and they have left the actual owners enslaved to Odious Debt.

An Odious Debt is a debt created by some means of fraud, of which the victims have no knowledge, and do not benefit from.

Like the unconscionable U.S. Citizen contracts they foisted off on us via our Mothers' signatures on undisclosed agreements imposed under color of law, then had their own Uniformed Officers, Medical Doctors, that they illegally and unlawfully licensed, witness and countersign "the receipts" of the "deposits" going into the Depository Trust Corporation "clearinghouse" as new assets of the British Crown.

It's no mistake that the Medical Doctors have again been weaponized and used in the recent phony pandemic, too.

Generations of Americans have labored under the burden of two (2) foreign and fraudulent citizenships, unaware of the legal con game being exercised against them by people they trusted, their own public employees, who were at the same time, taking their paychecks out of their pockets.

Britain will officially finger China for a 2021 cyber attack on the Electoral Commission that oversees all UK elections.

On Saturday night Foreign Office sources played down suggestions they had “gone slow” on officially attributing the attack to China are months of Whitehall wrangling.
He admitted: “As part of the attack, hostile actors were able to access reference copies of the electoral registers, held by the Commission for research purposes and to enable permissibility checks on political donations.
The Electoral Commission admitted last August that “hostile actors” had accessed their data systems and email – but today the Government will officially attribute China as the culprit.
‘HOSTILE ACTORS’
They apologised for falling foul of the “complex cyber-attack” that was identified in October 2022, 16 months after the August 2021 strike.
Shaun McNally, the Electoral Commission Chief Executive, said last year: “We regret that sufficient protections were not in place to prevent this cyber-attack.”
