I taught the several ways God speaks to us in many countries. My approach was valid but constrained. All of our children’s curriculum include time to reflect on the lesson and either activate what was learned or meditate on God’s personal leading and intimacy. It was lesson-based.

In April 2024, I ministered in the Lilongwe region of Malawi. I led six trainings in the four steps and left the seventh, to the coordinator to teach. Altogether, about 156 separate churches were impacted. Approximately one hundred eighty children’s ministers and 50 senior pastors were trained and received journals. After each training, we activated them to the effort and reviewed some of the participants’ questions and God’s perceived responses.

I finally recognized in this training that we cannot only teach the four steps of quieting yourself, allowing your mind and heart to flow with your inner man, focusing on the Lord and speaking your heart to Him while expecting to receive a response and finally, journaling that response.

The majority of responses from the average Christian are performance based such as “God says, I must be a better Christian, work harder in my ministry, be more diligent in witnessing, etc.” To redirect expectations,

I added the rules for proper prophecy found in 1 Corinthians 14:3. We are to hear God build us up, encourage us and strengthen us. Responses from our quiet time before God then improved and became more personal. I made the point in each meeting that what has been received is a new beginning that must be developed. Listening to God is not an event but an ongoing lifestyle. We are sons of God because we are led by the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:14).

To value ourselves as God values us is a challenge. These four hundred and fifty brothers and sisters have been given that challenge. The result, I expect, will be new personal confidence in their walk with a mighty and tender Father. My aim in serving them is to see the thousands of children under their influence learn a personal walk with God from youth.

Uncovering the Truth: The Controversial FBI Interview That Exposes Ray Epps’ Role in the January 6th Capitol Riot

Amidst the chaos and confusion surrounding the events of January 6th at the US Capitol, one name has surfaced time and time again – Ray Epps. A figure shrouded in mystery, Epps has been the subject of intense speculation and scrutiny, with many questioning his true intentions on that fateful day.
And now, never-before-released information from an FBI interview has shed new light on Epps and his alleged involvement. But as the details emerge, one thing becomes clear – the conservative perspective on this revelation is one that cannot be ignored.

Encountering God in the High Places of Heaven by Patty Sadallah

Spirit Life Workshops recently delivered the SOAR HIGHER Spirit Life Workshop in Panama City Beach, Florida and I (Mark Virkler) asked Dr. Patty Sadallah to share the anointed finale encounter she led us in. Both Patti and I had powerful heavenly experiences as we participated in this visionary journaling experience. In the guided exercise below, Patty Sadallah had us go for a walk with Jesus up through the clouds into heaven where there were several doors/rooms He could take us into to reveal things to us. As "flow" took over, this became wonderful heavenly room experiences that profoundly impacted our lives with faith, hope, and love. I trust you will experience the same!

Workshop participants worked through four stages during the four-day event including 1: Learning about their Christ Identities so they can know “I am who God says I am”. 2. Stretching past their comfort zone challenges them to say “Yes” to the large and wonderful call on their lives. 3. Understanding how to pass the tests of character and spiritual warfare trials to persevere toward the plans God has for them. And understanding how to worship and battle from the uniqueness of who God called them to be. And finally, 4. Learning how to see things from God’s heavenly perspective and live out of the flow of the Holy Spirit from the high places where their spirits dwell.

There are some anchoring Scriptures to help you understand why it is important to seek God in the high places.

Come Up Higher
Revelations 4:1,2 - After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold … And then John received the rest of the 21 chapters of the book of Revelation.

Notice that John looked and when he did, he saw. John looked 17 times and saw 47 times in the 21 chapters of the book of Revelation. Looking with the eyes of your heart is one of the spiritual senses that everyone has, and the purpose is for us to receive from the Lord what He has for us to understand.

John also heard a voice speaking to him. He was using the ears of his heart to listen. The voice was the LORD and he said, “Come up here”. This may sound like an invitation, or a suggestion, but when a verb begins a sentence in the Bible, it is a command. God wants EVERY believer to come up to His perspective.

The Lord comes down to meet you where you are
I love the Lord because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy. Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath (Ps. 116:1,2)!

The Lord bends down and listens to you when you pray. But He wants you to come up to His perspective because there is more for you there. It is the journey to spiritual maturity to want to move from God coming down to meet you where you need Him, to you wanting to come up to meet Him where He needs you to be.

The Spiritually High Places
My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. (Jn. 14:2,3 NIV)
The word for room is moné and it means a place to abide, to dwell, to stay, to be.

There are many places that Jesus could take you. He can take you to one of these places today, and then He can take you to any of these other places whenever you desire and He has something to show you there.

Some of the places in heaven that Jesus could take you today… He will take you to one, but you can ask Him to take you to any and all of them! He knows which room you need today!

What a glorious name it is. Creator of the Universe and all the billions of galaxies. And these are the things we know about. How much have you created that we have no knowledge of? More than we can imagine! Man thinks he is so smart because he figures something out, like AI, not realizing that it is YOU who have allowed him to do it! AND that these discoveries are only the tip of your iceberg. I can’t help but say it again, Lord, ♪♪ “O praise the name of the Lord our God. O praise His name forevermore. For endless days we will sing your praise, O Lord, O Lord our God.” ♪♪

I have been blessed today by listening to the 49 Lies DVDs by Mark Virkler, especially Lie #21 – It Is Wrong to Seek Vision. One of the things I got was to hold a vision that will inflame my faith and that will, of course, match the Word of God. I am excited about this Lord, because I realized that is what I have been doing since I started using The 4 Keys to journal my prayers. I have pictured you beside me every day and this has increased my faith, inflamed it even, with the TRUTH that you truly are Emmanuel, God with us but even more importantly, God with ME!!! How could I believe anything else when I have seen you with me in some form or fashion every day for the past 7 years? O Jesus, what a precious gift you have given me that I did not even realize.

Mark also mentioned that the picture we hold about anything will trump what we are speaking, even if it is the Word of God. When he said that, I immediately saw where I was confessing the Word for my healing but the picture in my mind did not match what I was speaking. Satan is so sneaky at sabotaging us. If he can’t entice us himself, he will get us to do it ourselves. And we don’t even realize it is happening. O thank you, Jesus, for these TRUTHS that you have revealed to me today.

I see you today, Lord, watching me. You are laughing, even clapping. You are rejoicing as I have discovered yet another of your TRUTHS that will change my life. Even as I saw how my Journaling Prayer daily created a picture of You as Immanuel, God with ME! That one revelation is golden… PRICELESS, as they say. I had no idea what you were doing. O Jesus, what other areas are you working miracles in that I am not aware of? O Lord Jesus, speak to me now.

Jesus – LaWanda, My dear one, I am laughing, clapping and even shouting, “Yes! Yes!” I delight in seeing you discover My truths. It is indeed My gift to you, My pleasure, to reveal it to you this very day.

However, I want you to notice something. You played a part in this. Remember that we are co-laborers together. If you had only come to the secret place to be with Me once or twice, even a few times, you would not have the KNOWING that I am your Emmanuel. You would know it in general terms but you would not see Me as YOUR Emmanuel. That only comes with consistency and commitment. The other part of this that was crucial is your commitment to your spiritual growth by listening to trusted men of God who have walked this path before you. Those to whom I have revealed these TRUTHS to, so that they can share them with others like you.
O My dear one, I have been at work behind the scenes in 1,000 different ways in your life since before you were you. You have 12 pages of them from recent years written down in your Ebenezers. Some of these are things I did for which you are simply grateful. But some are clearly ME working in situations when you were unaware of it. Like Mike’s pancreatitis that led to his stent. Your discovery of the Passion Translation because Mike was sharing his love of Hebrew with one of the pastors and they later gave it to him as a gift. Or you OFFICIATING 4 funerals in the past year. You clearly did not see that one coming. And, yet, I have been in all of them.
The key to continuing on this path of discovery is simple. Stay consistent in your communion with Me in the secret place. Continue to listen to men of God that you are drawn to knowing that I have orchestrated them being in your life. And finally, continue to be available to Me. Be obedient to what I put on your heart and available for Me to use. There is much truth in that old hymn, Trust and Obey.

♪♪ Trust and obey, for there’s no other way, to be happy in Jesus… but to trust and obey. ♪♪ There is truth in these words, dear one. Truth in these words.
