Ex-Surgeon's Interview on What It Really Takes to Be Healthy
We recently watched this excellent interview: https://tuckercarlson.com/tucker-show-casey-calley-means. It is a powerful overview on health in America, what is causing the decline in health, and how it can be fixed.
I purchased a Kindle version of the recommended book: Good Energy - The Surprising Connection Between Metabolism and Limitless Health. It is a well-written, down-to-earth, practical book. If you have medical training, you will especially appreciate it as she was a top surgeon and writes about her story while in the medical profession, what made her decide to quit cold turkey, and how she is now providing healthcare from outside the medical profession. You will find this book very authoritative as it is footnoted with hundreds of studies, which she has all posted online.
She makes it clear that you must learn how to care for yourself, as the medical profession is essentially about disease management, and not restoring health. She tells you exactly how you can do this. You will learn a lot and be inspired to take steps, one after the other into a healthier lifestyle. We have been taking such steps for many years, so it was encouraging to see how far we have come and see places where we can take some additional steps. Click here to watch some of her videos.

A bit about where we are currently at
Patti and I are currently on a Keto/Paleo diet and experiencing very good health responses and weight loss, so we are thrilled. We also exercise daily and have an inexpensive portable sauna which we use about 4 days a week.
We are off processed foods. We replaced sugar with stevia, monk fruit and Truvia. We are also off white flour and gluten. We drink single file aligned water (www.CWGministries.org/i-h20) that has also been run through a water purifier. And the list goes on. So yes, we are on the pathway of health. I encourage you to be on it also, so we all live long enough to fulfill our destinies and glorify God in our bodies!
