The GOP Oversight Committee for the US House of Representatives released emails Tuesday that show Anthony Fauci knowingly concealed information pointing to the Wuhan Lab in China as the origins of SAR-CoV-2.

GOP Oversight Committee Representatives James Comer and Jim Jordan are calling for Dr. Fauci to testify under oath about the emails. They released a letter addressed to Xavier Becerra, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, requesting a transcribed interview with Fauci. The letter claims the excepts of emails they made public reveal that Fauci was warned of the potential leak of the virus from Wuhan Institute Virology and the possibility that the virus was "intentionally genetically manipulated."

They stated that the emails released raise significant questions and are vital to understanding this and future pandemics.
