A New York state judge set a hearing for next week over New York City’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate for municipal workers.

New York Supreme Court Justice Frank Nervo on Tuesday set the Dec. 14 hearing to determine whether a temporary restraining order would be ordered for the requirement.
