A new study available in preprint explains multiple chemical sensitivity, or MCS, as “Toxicant-Induced Loss of Tolerance” triggered by exposures to substances like pesticides, solvents and mold. Researchers, who said the condition is widespread but overlooked, urge reducing chemical exposures that assault health from the inside and outside.
