Penn State professor Themis Matsoukas accused of performing sexual acts with his dog: ‘I do it to blow off steam.’
At one point, investigators told him they think he knew why they were searching his home, leading Matsoukas to reply repeatedly “I’m done, I’m dead,” the charging documents alleged.
