I'm AGAINST perpetual war, and the War Industry. I am against conscription of young men, unless we have Legally Declared War !
I am against drafting women EVER ! Foreign military bases must be phased out as soon as possible, unless they are totally and completely supported by the countries whereby they reside.
I'm fiscally conservative, and support "some" social liberalism, with a desire to see smaller government, with NO MORE deficit spending.
Some in our population are at risk, and THEY must organize and take more responsibility to aid and assist themselves and their own group.
I do not believe that an all encompassing government should formally "rob" me, or workers, to transfer income or wealth, to others.
I believe Social Security must be phased out, and all workers contribute to their own retirement via Personal Retirement Accounts. ALL workers must also maintain a medical savings account, and contribute to it regularly.
I am against federal income tax, and federal property tax, since it inhibits work, and the acquisition of homes and farms. If the US needs funds, then a general sales tax must be levied ON ALL citizens and residents.
Import taxes should be allowed.
Businesses should be unfettered, and NOT taxed federally.
There are other issues that deserve to be discussed and some are necessary, but there is plenty of time to do so in future.
