Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the performance of a piece of gear and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an acquired item, such as armor, weapon or ring. This allows you to swap the item for one similar item with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. However, they do not retain the same level as the original item and any resources wasted won't be compensated for.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or purchased from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of a piece equipment such as increasing its damage.

Players can reroll their equipment in three attributes: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage of melee and weapons attack while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To create them, you require an upgrade level reroll token. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on action spaces the reroll marker stays on the spot until the next Success result is rerolled. This lets you not waste upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they show a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's shop can exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

During the course of the course of a game, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to chosen Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.
