The 30-year-old homeless man died from a chokehold by another passenger on the NYC subway. Advocates say the city's policies and rhetoric concerning people who are homeless are dangerous and false.

Because the homeless problem has reached unsolvable status, US cities are practically ruled by the mentally ill and addicted homeless: they are allowed to do anything without any consequences and the public are prohibited from defending itself.
