Glenn Edward Greenwald is an American journalist, author, and lawyer. He is most well known for his work while at “The Guardian”, when he broke a groundbreaking story with a series of reports revealing top secret information about global domestic surveillance programs being carried out by intelligence agencies in the US and Britain based on classified National Security Agency (NSA) documents provided by whistleblower Edward Snowden.
