A staunch conservative constitutionalist. I believe the sole roll of the Supreme Court is to explain, interpret and support our federal constitution. ALL other rolls should remain at the federal appellate level. Court cases brought to the Supreme Court should be reserved for state v. state, state v federal government and as intermediary between different co-equal branches of government.
