My name is Eric Gignac, (that’s pronounced jean-yak) and I am currently the visual communication director for the Virginia Edition Publishing Company. I graduated from the Art Institute of Houston in 1986 and have worked in the Aerospace industry as a graphic artist and concept illustrator for over 30 years.

I have received top honors for my design work with Lockheed Martin, and I have received international recognition for my ISS conceptual illustrations and Shuttle mission patch designs for NASA. I have completed two Graphic Novels based on stories written by Robert A. Heinlein, which include; “Have Space Suit-Will Travel” and "Citizen of the Galaxy."
