The White held a Convening on Equity Summit where HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra admitted that COVID vaccines are killing minorities at twice the rate of white people.

It is true the covid "vaccines" cause long term immune system disease and can kill you.

People of color are more at risk from getting sick or dying from the covid "virus", a bio weapon, because of their vitamin d3 defficiency.

Vitamin D insufficiency is more prevalent among African Americans (blacks) than other Americans and, in North America, most young, healthy blacks do not achieve optimal 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] concentrations at any time of year.

This is due to the fact that pigmentation reduces vitamin D production in the skin. Also, from about puberty and onward, median vitamin D intakes of American blacks are below recommended intakes in every age group, with or without the inclusion of vitamin D from supplements.

Vitamin D3 is stored in your body's fat cells.

The more overweight you are the less vitamin D3 your body absorbs.

So these are the 2 main reasons people of color end up in the hospital with an already compromised immune system deficiency.

The best thing a person of color or anyone else can do to help protect against a virus is taking vitiman D3 everyday about 5,000 icu.

I have often said that I could write a book that includes conversations I have had with different people.

Some of them were note worthy.

My conversation posts will not include names but will be factual accounts of conversations that can benefit others.

I will be telling a conversation story.

It will kind of a conversation journal of sorts.

Its best to include things in a journal that recently happened because that way they will be more accurate.

Things that would be to sensitive will not be included.

Speculation may be included but if so I will indicate its just speculation.

Around the beginning of April 2022 I had the opportunity to go join the thepeoplesconvoy.org in NC.

I drove about 3 hrs to NC where the peoples convoy had circled their wagons.

After I arrived I listened to various speakers including "dr lock them up".

I got to meet dr lock them up and several people who were live streaming on youtube that were there.

I met and talked with paul revere.

Paul revere helped direct the truck convoy that not only inclued trucks but rv's, various trucks and cars.

I talked with a youtube streamer called sasnak.

I had been watching the peoples convoy on his live stream.

Youtube gave sasnak a warning for streaming dr lock them up because he was telling the truth about the "vaccine".

After sasnak got the youtube warning he muted anything doctor lock them up said out of fear of losing his channel.

Youtube censorship led to sasnak censoring the truth on his own channel.

Its called trickle down censorship.

When the convoy left NC I joined them for about 50 miles or so in the convoy.

I wanted to be part of the peoples convoy.

The peoples convoy is against any type of government or corporation mandate to get the jab, ie the deadly covid "vaccine".

I don't know bottled spring water concentrations of the above metals but I suspect it much less. I only drink bottled spring water. What I should be doing is collecting rain water and filtering it. I need to do more research on the various bottled waters available to buy. I do know that drinking water treated with chemicals from your water system is not as safe as certain bottled spring water. Some of this stuff builds up in your body over time and when your immune system can't handle it you know what happens next.

Still drinking tap water over time is way better than getting an instant jab of poision including graphene oxide injected into your body as the deadly "vaccine" does the monment you get the jab!
