It is also very thorough in cleaning up dust bunnies. This is an area that many robot vacuums that are less expensive fall short. The navigation technology in the Q5+ is fantastic and has very few missing in corners and along walls.

Its LiDAR and laser sensors aren't as reliable as some other robovacs, meaning it can get stuck or confused in certain rooms or corners of your home. It's not able to navigate stairs as well as some competitors, either and it doesn't have a dock that allows you to create an area for cleaning that is specifically designed for carpets that are soft.

Although it doesn't provide as much in the way of cleaning configuration options in its app, or as many shortcuts within the app like other robovacs the Freo X Ultra is still a top choice for those seeking a great all-round mop and robot vacuum that's worth the higher price cost.

However, if you're looking to save some cash, or just don't care about the limitations of this machine there are many alternatives on the market which include a variety of eufy models priced considerably less. The Eufy Qrevo curv, for example is less expensive and has more features, such as the ability to climb stairs and a full-function Dock, with the ability to provide a more thorough vacuuming experience on floors that are unfinished carpets, low-pile carpets, and even high-pile carpets.

4. Eufy RoboVac G30
