Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

If you've ever thought of get a robot vacuum, now's your chance. CNET's top models are on sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday with savings of up to 57%.

The Roborock Q7 Max is a powerful robot that is equipped with smart mapping and app-based no go zones. Its 180-minute running time is impressive. It also automatically replenishes and self-empties its water tank.

1. iRobot Roomba j7+

The Roomba j7+ is iRobot's smartest robot vacuum to date. The most significant innovation is its camera-based obstacle-detection technology. It makes use of AI to recognize objects such as charging cords and shoes. It's the first robot to provide you with pictures of the objects that it encounters, so you can instruct the robot to stay clear of it.

The Combo j7+ is also the most efficient mop robot we've ever tested, removing spills and dirt with ease while leaving no trace it was there. https://hartvigdawson09.livejournal.com/profile to control through the iRobot Home app which lets you schedule cleaning and set up Keep Out Zones to ensure it doesn't clean areas you do not want it to. It's also compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can turn it on and off by speaking to it.

Its design is superior to the rest with a sleek top piece that looks more like a toy robot than a loud, obnoxious one. Clean Base's Automatic Dirt removal System also self-empties, which will reduce your cleaning time.

In our tests, we discovered that the j7+ was quick to eliminated dirt, dust and hair from pets. The counter-rotating rubber brushes kept the debris in its place rather than scattering it around the floor. It was able to collect small gravel, sand and even a bit of grit. Most robots could not do this. It did all this without getting caught in our pet's hair shedding.

The j7+, though not as intelligent as the Roomba S9, which costs $1,217+ Self-Emptying Vacuum from iRobot, and it cannot clean the stairs, is still an option for those who need both mopping and vacuum. It's not too expensive, and the IRobot app makes it user-friendly.

Although the iRobot Home app is very user-friendly however we've found it be less reliable than other applications that utilize robotic cleaners. It can take some time to download updates, and often it's difficult to tell whether the update actually working until you see it in the action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you want a robot vacuum cleaner that can do more than simply clean your floors then a hybrid is the best choice. These machines are equipped with a water tank, so they can vacuum and mop simultaneously. These bots also come with various additional features such as smart mapping and small object avoidance and the capability to wash and dry mopping pads. The downside is that they can be pricey at full retail, but during Black Friday and Cyber Monday they are often reduced in price.

Roborock has some of our top robot vacuums, and the Q5+ isn't an exception. This is their least expensive auto-empty model, and while it's not equipped with some of the features that are found on more expensive models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's a great option if you're willing to sacrifice a little to save hundreds of dollars.

The Q5+ is exceptionally gentle when it comes to obstacles such as walls and table legs. This makes it an excellent option for homes with many furniture pieces. It is also very thorough in cleaning up dust bunnies. This is an area that many robot vacuums that are less expensive fall short. The navigation technology in the Q5+ is fantastic and has very few missing in corners and along walls.

Like other Roborock devices, the Q5+ can be controlled by a few buttons on the device or via the Roborock app. The app lets you start and stop cleaning. You can also set schedules, design virtual barriers and no-go areas or modify your home map or re-label the rooms.

If you choose to purchase the Q5+, it comes with a new auto-empty dock that's specifically designed to make this robot simple to maintain. Installing it requires a screwdriver, but once in place it is done without difficulty. It also features an impressive LCD display that is great to have when setting up schedules or altering settings. This isn't a necessity for everyone but it will help you keep the track of your robot's maintenance intervals easily.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's incredibly smart in both its mopping and vacuuming capabilities. Its design is among the top in the market however, it's costly.

It's a small base station that looks stunning and is able to be concealed when not in use. The station's main selling point is the fact that it automates a variety of tasks, chores and functions that other robots would leave to you. It can store clean and dirty water, electrolyzes and heats the water (which most other robovacs require you to do) also emptying the dustbin after vacuuming, and helps keep your robot clean and charged.

Its vacuuming capabilities are impressive as well. It's the only robovac I've tried that does a good job picking up debris from bare floors. And it's not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

However, the Freo X Ultra has its flaws, particularly in terms of navigation. Its LiDAR and laser sensors aren't as reliable as some other robovacs, meaning it can get stuck or confused in certain rooms or corners of your home. It's not able to navigate stairs as well as some competitors, either and it doesn't have a dock that allows you to create an area for cleaning that is specifically designed for carpets that are soft.

Although it doesn't provide as much in the way of cleaning configuration options in its app, or as many shortcuts within the app like other robovacs the Freo X Ultra is still a top choice for those seeking a great all-round mop and robot vacuum that's worth the higher price cost.

However, if you're looking to save some cash, or just don't care about the limitations of this machine there are many alternatives on the market which include a variety of eufy models priced considerably less. The Eufy Qrevo curv, for example is less expensive and has more features, such as the ability to climb stairs and a full-function Dock, with the ability to provide a more thorough vacuuming experience on floors that are unfinished carpets, low-pile carpets, and even high-pile carpets.

4. Eufy RoboVac G30

eufy, an Anker company, has a track record of creating robot vacuums that strike a good balance between features, performance and price. The G30 Hybrid offers a powerful cleaning power for carpets and hard flooring, and mopping capabilities at a reasonable price. It's easy to set it up, just connect one of the side brushes and turn it on, then connect your charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. It is recommended to keep the dock near a power outlet and ample space to allow it to move around but.

The G30 is a compact device that measures 2.85 inches in height, which means it is able to be tucked away under couches and low-clearance pieces of furniture. Its design is less ostentatious compared to some rival models. It is sleek with a black finish with three buttons that are physical for Auto Cleaning start/pause (which scrubs the area in a spiral pattern for two minutes) Recharge, and Spot Cleaner. It is also possible to connect the G30 with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for voice commands to perform routine cleaning tasks that are not scheduled.

The most important characteristic that makes the G30 above the rest is the way it cleans. It makes use of a built-in map to create an image of non-movable objects that are in its path and then keeps track of what it has already cleaned and the areas it's not able to access. It then returns to the base to recharge and then continues cleaning the area it left.

The sleek G30 has a few issues. The iRobot Roomba is better built and has lower cost of operation. It charges faster, offers similar battery life and performs better on unfinished floors or low-pile carpet. It comes with a larger dust bin that does not require the same amount of emptying. It also comes with boundaries that prevent it from certain areas. The G30 is less expensive and easier to maintain. Its smaller canister means it doesn't need to be emptied as frequently and has less difficulty handling bulky products like cereal.
