) – In an unusual twist for a criminal case, former President Donald Trump’s “hush money” case has been labeled a “trial by ambush” since the specific allegations against him were not made clear until recently, a full year after his indictment.
According to former federal prosecutors, this departure from normal procedure has left Trump’s defense in the dark and struggling to prepare against vague charges.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Trump with 34 felony counts related to falsifying business records concerning a $130,000 payment intended to prevent Stormy Daniels from publicizing her alleged affair with Trump before the election.

To elevate these misdemeanors to felonies, Bragg suggested they were part of a larger crime, likely a federal campaign finance violation, but no details were known until a recent court revelation.
It all came to light in response to an objection from Trump’s lawyers that the prosecution’s claim rests on a violation of New York Election Law § 17-152.
This law criminalizes conspiracies to influence elections through unlawful means, defined in the courtroom as the supposedly falsified records tied to Daniels’ payment.
Matthew Colangelo, a senior counsel for the district attorney, argued that these records were part of a broader conspiracy to impact the 2016 presidential election involving Trump, his former attorney Michael Cohen and former National Enquirer publisher David Pecker.
This conspiracy is linked to the specific New York election statute but was not explicitly named in the indictment.

President Trump’s so-called immunity case is in front of the Suprem Court. Who knows how it will turn out, but the first day of argument did not go well for the Biden Administration lawyers. The High Court is not going to dismiss the case, and likely some sort of immunity will be decided upon. At the very least, this case will delay other Trump cases in New York, Florida and Georgia until after the 2024 November Election, and that would be a big win in and of itself.

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs just vetoed a bill that would “require proof of residency for voting.” All I can say is Hobbs and other Democrats in power are clearly protecting the voter fraud. With an 8% actual approval rating for President Biden, the swamp knows they will be forced to cheat and cheat big. My questions are: Can they cheat enough to pull it off again? Can they find enough people to help them cheat when the very people that helped them in 2020 are now struggling to survive? It’s not going to get better before election day.

You know the economy is in trouble when the CEO of one of the biggest banks in the world starts sounding the alarm about “higher interest rates and higher inflation.” A few months ago, Jamie Dimon praised Donald Trump’s economic policies at the World Economic Forum. People were shocked!! Today, Dimon is preparing his bank for higher interest rates caused by massive government spending, a skidding GDP and spiking inflation. Judge Aileen Cannon on Monday ordered key evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case to be unredacted.

The newly unredacted documents revealed Biden’s White House had direct ties to the Mar-a-Lago raid. The Biden Regime was also directly tied to Jack Smith’s investigation despite claims to the contrary from US Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Before with redactions: Jack Smith wanted to hide the fact that the National Archives had several conversations with the Biden White House.

When I first got back into running 2 yeas ago, I was 220 lbs, and could barely run .5 miles. Up till now, I am persistent with running 3 to 4 days a week, and have gotten myself to where I can run 8 miles, and am now training for a half marathon.
