While it is commonly understood as a gender-based harm, it also intersects with racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, and other forms of abuse. Although it is rarely responded to through government policy, research illustrates that street harassment can have profoundly negative impacts of those who experience it. This article provides a comprehensive review of the current "state of the field" of street harassment research. We undertook two extensive searches of the EBSCO Discovery database in 2015 and 2020, followed by the use of reference snowballing and a Google Scholar search in order to triangulate results. Studies included in the sample were published in English, peer-reviewed and centrally focused on street harassment. Dissertations and nongovernmental organization reports were also included due to the small number of studies in this field. One hundred eighty-two sources were included in the final sample. Findings show that publications on this topic have increased substantially across the two reviews. We provide a thematic overview of key research findings to date and argue throughout that current research suffers from conceptual and typological slippage and does not consistently take into account the need for an intersectional analysis. We close with suggestions for future directions in research and practice, given the emergent nature of the field.To support the understanding of recycling models applied to plastics, the main objective of this work is to offer a literature review of the different reverse logistics (RL) models for collecting plastic waste (PW). The methodology used for processing the scientific literature was content analysis, using the google scholar search engine. The main keywords used were RL and PW. This article is divided into two parts the first part discusses the development of circular economy models and RL networks and raises the conceptual framework of the research, and the second part presents mathematical models and exploratory studies, proposed as a solution for RL problems of PW. Articles published between years 2014 and 2019 were reviewed. About 93% of studies evaluated raw materials related to PW; only 13% of studies had models with stochastic processes; and 88% of the investigations used continuous variables, being the multiobjective functions one of the most used to provide solutions to RL problems. Regarding the mathematical models, 49% were evaluations, 9% corresponded to multicriteria analysis, 29% to linear and nonlinear programming, and 4% to another type of evaluation or model.
Human prefrontal cortex (hPFC) is a recent evolutionarily developed brain region involved in cognitive functions. Human cognitive functions decline during aging. Yet the molecular mechanisms underlying the functional deterioration of the neural cells of this brain region still remain to be fully described.

In this review, we explore the role of lipids in hPFC aging. Firstly, we briefly consider the approaches used to identify lipid species in brain tissue with special attention paid to a lipidomics analysis. Then, as the evolution process has conferred a specific lipid profile on the hPFC, we consider the lipidome of hPFC. In addition, the role of lipids in hPFC aging, and in particular, the cognitive decline associated with aging, is discussed. Finally, nutritional and pharmacological interventions designed to modulate this process are examined. It is suggested that the dysfunction of key cellular processes secondarily to the damage of lipid membrane underlies the cognitive decline of hPFC during aging.

Pyogenic lung abscesses are rare and poorly described infections. This study aimed to describe their prognostic factors.

We retrospectively included all patients hospitalized between 1 January 1998 and 1 June 2018, with an International Classification of Diseases, version 10 (IDC-10) diagnosis of pyogenic lung abscess, from the Diamm based medical records (Micro6, Nancy, France). Parasitic, fungal, or mycobacterial lung abscesses were excluded.

A total of 64 patients were included. Abscesses were associated with immunosuppression in 28 patients, including HIV infection and immunosuppressive therapy for eight and 12 patients, respectively. Bacterial identification was obtained for 36 patients. Nine patients (14%) developed lung abscesses after hematogenous dissemination. They differed from bronchogenic abscesses by their younger age (
 = 0.03), the absence of smoking or emphysema (
 = 0.05),

 = 0.001) or
spp. (
 = 0.05) isolation, and the smaller size of their abscess (
 = 0.02). Overall, evould be considered when proposing guidelines for the care of pyogenic lung abscesses.The reviews of this paper are available via the supplemental material section.This cluster randomized controlled trial aimed to investigate the effects of an intervention to teach resourcefulness on depression and coping style of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). A convenience sample of 72 patients in community settings took part. Participants in the intervention group (n = 36) received an 8-week intervention based on the concept of resourcefulness, plus routine health education. Participants in the control group (n = 36) received routine health education only. After the intervention, participants in the intervention group had significantly higher scores on resourcefulness and coping styles, and lower scores on depression than those in the control group (both ps less then .001). The findings suggest that a well-developed intervention to teach resourcefulness could help patients with CHD to be more resourceful, improve their level of depression, and choose more effective strategies to cope with stress.The therapeutic action of nitroaromatic antiandrogens nilutamide and flutamide may be complicated by their cytotoxicity, whose mechanisms are still incomprehensively understood. In particular this concerns the enzymatic redox cycling of flutamide and its metabolites, and its impact on their cytotoxicity. In this work, we examined the single-electron reduction of nilutamide, flutamide, its metabolites 2-hydroxyflutamide and 4-nitro-3-trifluorormethyl-phenylamine, and a topical antiandrogen (3-amino-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-N-(4-nitro-3-trifluoromethyl)-phenyl) propanamide by NADPHcytochrome P-450 reductase and adrenodoxin reductase/adrenodoxin. The obtained steady-state bimolecular rate constants of oxidant reduction (kcat/Km) enabled to establish single-electron reduction midpoint potentials (E17) of compounds, -0.377 - -0.413 V, which were in line with enthalpies of formation of their free radicals, obtained by quantum mechanical calculations. Using murine hepatoma MH22a cells, the obtained cytotoxicity vs. E17 correlation based on the data of model nitroaromatic compounds shows that redox cycling and oxidative stress could be the main factor of cytotoxicity of nitroaromatic antiandrogens. Other minor cytotoxicity factors could be their redox metabolism involving NAD(P)Hquinone oxidoreductase (NQO1) and cytochromes P-450.
Emicizumab is a bispecific antibody exerting cofactor function of FVIIIa irrespective of the presence of FVIII inhibitors. Long-term data of phase 1/2 and phase 3 studies have been accumulated. Various questions such as indicated patients, ITI, application to PUPs, hemostatic treatment including surgeries, and emicizumab-related morbidity remain to be solved.

The review describes the mode of action, data from pre-/post-marketing and ongoing clinical studies according to PubMed search and our own works.

The use of ITI together with emicizumab prophylaxis is being examined in clinical trials. For non-inhibitor, especially pediatric patients, emicizumab prophylaxis can be an option. Outcome assessment 'beyond ABR' such as joint health, physical/mental activity, QOL is required. Furthermore, continuous data collection for emicizumab-related adverse events and morbidity would be recommended.

To compare the effects of Kinesio taping® (KT) and external electrical stimulation (ES) in addition to pelvic floor muscle exercise (PFME) and sole PFME in women with overactive bladder (OAB).

Patients with OAB were randomly allocated into PFME, PFME + KT, PFME + ES groups. All treatments were carried out for 6 weeks. OAB symptoms with voiding diary and Overactive Bladder-Version8 (OAB-V8), pelvic floor muscle strength (PFMS) with perineometer, quality of life with King's Health Questionnaire (KHQ) were assessed before (BT) and after treatment (AT). AT, the perception of improvement was inquired.

AT, OAB symptoms and KHQ scores decreased and PFMS improved in all groups (
 < 0.05). The intergroup comparisons revealed a further decrease in voids/day, voids/night, OAB-V8, and some KHQ scores, and a further increase in the perception of improvement in the PFME + KT and PFME + ES groups compared to the PFME group (
 < 0.05). In the PFME + ES group, there was a further decrease in numbers of incontinety of life.
KT and external ES in addition to PFME were more effective than PFME alone in the treatment of OAB.IMPLICATIONS FOR REHABILITATIONPelvic floor muscle exercise was found to be effective in reducing overactive bladder symptoms and increasing quality of life.Kinesio taping or external electrical stimulation in addition to pelvic floor muscle exercise is more effective in improving overactive bladder symptoms, quality of life, and perception of improvement than pelvic floor muscle exercise alone.Kinesio taping and external electrical stimulation can be used as a complementary application in the treatment of overactive bladder.Pelvic floor muscle exercise, pelvic floor muscle exercise + Kinesio taping, and pelvic floor muscle exercise + electrical stimulation applications should be included in conservative treatment options in patients with overactive bladder to reduce symptoms and cost, and improve quality of life.
