We have to make Big Pharm Liable, right now they are hiding behind a legal framework.

Currently there are 2 vaccines that are approved by the FDA - spikevax and comirnaty, but they are not available to the public, and not being produced.

Why is this? Its due to the EUA (Emergency Use Act) provides protection from liability to Big Pharma. If approved vaccines become available the EUA is cancelled and Big Pharma becomes "Liable" for damages caused by the Vax.

The Law requires the EUA designation be used only when “there is no adequate, approved and available alternative to the product for diagnosing, preventing or treating such disease or condition.” Due to this they do not produce approved Vaccination. They cant do this forever, so what is their ultimate plan to avoid liability.......

The push to vaccinate children and add the vaccines to the vax schedule.

Once a vaccine is fully licensed by the FDA, the only way its manufacturer can be shielded from legal liability is if the vaccine is added to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s childhood vaccination schedule.

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), passed into law in 1986, provides a legal liability shield to drugmakers if they receive full authorization for all ages and the vaccine is added to the mandatory schedule.

We can never allow these vaccines to be added to the childhood vaccination schedule.
