Osama bin Laden had nothing whatsoever to do with the planning and execution of 9/11. He was never placed on the FBI most wanted list for 9/11. When the FBI was asked why they said, that the reason was because, "the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Osama bin Laden to 9/11"

The United States government, as part of their ongoing lies and deceit regarding 9/11, painted this scape goat as the bogeyman to scare the holy hell out of Americans and make them angry enough to allow its government to go in to Afghanistan and murder a bunch of people without warrant.
