A controversial racial sensitivity training has gone viral, urging employees of a major beverage company to “try to be less white” and “less oppressive” in the workplace.
A recent leak of a Coca-Cola racial sensitivity training has sparked controversy and highlighted the misguided attempts by left-leaning corporations to tackle racism in the workplace. The leaked training encouraged Coca-Cola employees to “try to be less white” and “less oppressive,” further exacerbating racial tensions rather than fostering genuine understanding and unity.

The leaked slides, which quickly spread across social media, included a list of behaviors for employees to adopt in order to “be less white.” These instructions, such as “be less arrogant,” “be less defensive,” and “break with white solidarity,” only serve to further divide employees based on race, rather than promoting inclusivity and mutual respect.

This misguided approach to addressing racism in the workplace is a direct result of the relentless push by Democrats and left-leaning organizations to portray America’s corporations as bastions of white supremacy. Corporate leadership is indeed predominantly white, but the focus should be on providing equal opportunities for all, rather than demonizing a specific racial group.

The Coca-Cola training included statements like, “Understanding what it means to be white, challenging what it means to be racist.” It also claimed that white children as young as three to four years old understand that it is better to be white. This type of rhetoric only serves to perpetuate the narrative that all white people are inherently racist, which is counterproductive in the fight against racial inequality.
