New Docs Show 'Great COVID Cover-Up' Was Even Worse Than Previously Thought

U.S. Senator Rand Paul from Kentucky, representing the Republican Party, has aggressively raised concerns about the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on alleged collaborations between U.S. government agencies and laboratories in Wuhan, China.
Paul asserts these entities conspired to develop a version of the coronavirus that was "highly transmissible."

In a series of statements on his X account, Senator Paul accused Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), of deceiving the public regarding the pandemic's origins. "Newly obtained documents confirm yet again Fauci lied about COVID," he declared, alleging a partnership between Fauci's NIAID lab and the Wuhan lab to create a highly transmissible coronavirus as part of a 2018 proposal.
Paul emphasized that this proposal was known to 15 government agencies, which failed to alert the public.
