Judge Decides to Continue Tax Case Against Hunter Biden?!


(TheConservativeTimes.org) – The judge that is overseeing Hunter Biden’s tax case has just said that they will not be tossing out the case and will be continuing toward a trial.

U.S. District Judge Mark Scarsi denied eight different motions to dismiss the case accusing President Joe Biden’s son of tax fraud. Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden’s son, is being accused of scheming his way out of over one million dollars in taxes.

Hunter Biden has pleaded not guilty to all of the felony and misdemeanor counts that he is being accused of. Abbe Lowell, his attorney, has said that the motion is politically motivated.


Judge Scarsi found no reason to put aside the case, saying, “Defendant fails to present a reasonable inference, let alone clear evidence, of discriminatory effect and discriminatory purpose.”

His attorneys stated that the handling of the case was odd and abnormal, saying, “We strongly disagree with the court’s decision and will continue to vigorously pursue Mr. Biden’s challenges.”

Judge Scarsi claimed that the defense was skeptical and he also dismissed the claims that were related to the timing of the charges as well as leaks from the IRS.

Hunter Biden is also being charged with lying on a federal form to get a gun. Both sets of charges are coming after a years-long investigation which was supposed to end in a plea deal from Biden.

A federal judge in Delaware questioned the deal, leading to a continuation of the investigation and the trial. If Hunter Biden is convicted of tax fraud then he will be sentenced to seventeen years in prison.
