Four years after the mysterious in-custody death of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, there remains a dearth of answers concerning his life, what authorities were aware of and when, and most importantly, who his “clients” may have been.

Recently a fresh piece of evidence has come to light, yet it serves only to raise further questions.
Mimi Liu, an attorney representing the U.S. Virgin Islands, revealed in a court appearance on Thursday in Manhattan that federal authorities were aware of more than $1 billion in human trafficking transactions at the time of Jeffrey Epstein’s reported suicide inside the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City per recent court disclosures dating back 16 years.

JP Morgan Chase, the largest U.S. bank, reportedly notified the Department of the Treasury about these transactions after Epstein’s death, further complicating this already contentious legal battle.
“Epstein’s entire business with JPMorgan and JPMorgan’s entire business with Epstein was human trafficking,” she claimed outright, according to the outlet, which added:

The huge bank is being sued by the Virgin Islands government for allegedly facilitating sex trafficking by Epstein of young women when he was a JPMorgan customer from 1998 through 2013.
