This assembly is going on RIGHT NOW! May 21 - 30, 2023. The goal is to approve 300+ amendments to the existing treaty that was agreed upon originally decades ago. It is via health regulations that member states, and yes the US is one, will agree that our sovereign laws (the constitution) will be bypassed under emergency world health issues declared by the W.H.O.
