Called in the bakery, a 'Cigar'.........
This is a quasi recreation of that pastry done by the head chef of my casa......
Rolled dough with honey brushed on the layers....chocolate and crushed pistachio nuts , maple syrup and brushed on top, honey.......I'm probably forgetting ingredients because this was a last minute thing because of having 'extra' dough........but is was soooooooooooooo good................❤
All organic ingredients and no refined sugar...........(nailed it).......!!!!
