Paul Warburg told the truth. It wasn't his idea. Kublai Khan used elastic currency to control his Mongolian empire. Elastic currency always funds empire and wars. CBDC's are digit elastic currencies. Unfortunately, elastic currency comes with a caveat. Force is required to create currency out-of-nothing because nothing from nothing is nothing without forcing it on the people.
