First Amendment Victory for Church Militant Against City of Baltimore re CM's"U.S. Bishops: Enough is Enough" Prayer Rally.

City of Baltimore sued CM to stop an unpopular prayer rally against U.S. Catholic bishops homosexuality in the priesthood, sexual abuse, and ongoing cover-up of those abuses. Baltimore solicitor Shea is a big donor to the bishops. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals affirms lower court's decision ordering Baltimore to "stand down" with regard to canceling the rally.
