Ivan Zagorsky, a former journalist who reported on sports and politics, is now a certified PhysicalMind and Polestar® Pilates teacher. Using his past experience as a journalist, Ivan seeks to combat misleading claims and disinformation in the exercise and nutrition/diet field. Now living in Moscow, he sees how American weight loss schemes are starting to take root in Russia. Having lived in the USA from 1997-2004, he saw firsthand how we were sizing up until now we are 60% obese.
