I am a traveler and recently at the Southwest Airlines ONT Terminal the personnel was nice, and check-in was quick and simple. There was plenty of seating in the tidy, well-organized terminal. Good dining alternatives were available for a quick drink or snack. I didn't have to wait long, and security went smoothly. All things considered, Southwest at ONT is a practical and stress-free mode of transportation, and I heartily endorse it.
