A special programmer has to be bought and used to fool the computer into thinking those parts are still there and working. With my old kit that kept leaking, an abnormal seal size and changed colors as the plastic got warm. I installed the Spelab kit and fits good and have the reassurance of the locking ring to keep it in. The center clamp it comes with is junk; but I switch them for stainless preformed clamps anyways.
But stainless steel does cost more than aluminized steel, ultimately if you can live with a rusty then you can save yourself a few bucks at checkout. Only thing it needs is better installation instructions. I would highly recommend and will purchase from again in the future.

The kit fits all body styles of Ford Superduty, they come equipped with extra pipes and clamps for longer or shorter wheelbase trucks. All exhaust systems and DPF/CAT delete pipes are final sale and not eligible for a refund or return. However, if you receive a faulty product or the wrong product, we will send you a replacement.
