Abortion Debate
The supreme court Dobbs decision to overtune Roe V Wade led to a swell of protests and debates among Americans on when is a fetus is considered a life and who's rights come first, the mother's or the child's. Plus, the debate has transcended to the debate of who qualifies as a woman. Companies are now offering to pay for travel to other states for their employees to get abortions. Is it because it’s cheaper than actually offering decent maternity/paternity leave? Will birth control become limited? Scottie Nell Hughes is joined by attorney Rory Riley-Topping and Tiana Khalid, a muslim political activist, on our first episode of 360 View.
